I heard about the neighborhood that it is not good but we didn’t had any problem even if we come back to the hotel late in the evening.

There was no one at the reception after 6pm. The breakfast was same, no option with eggs and when something finished like beacon at 10 am, they didn't refill. There should be cups, kettle and tea bags in the room.

Although the breakfast is free which is amazing, no gluten free or vegen options available. No hot drinks as well. The location. The hotel is 6 min from central metro but the walk there is in an unpleasant street, not too scary and as long you are on the main street you are good, but its important to know. Room cleaning was very lazy, just made the bed and didnt clean otherwise. We came to a room with empty bottle of soap

Very nice overall, the place is new. very easy to check in and out (by code). Bus station on the hotel and metro 6 min walk from it. From metro all you need is 1 station to get to the touristic area. Great value for money

The only down side is the area...drug addicts and people doing shady stuff. Although we didn't have any problems whatsoever, we wouldn't recomend for a woman to walk these streets alone at night

The hotel is very new and comfortable, room has everything you need and it's clean. The staff seems very nice, although they didn't remind us that breakfast was included so we forgot...

Hotel has one of those half shower doors. The whole bathroom was always flooded every time I took a shower. It was noisy once the patio door was open due to heavy traffic.

I suggest to put more attention into room cleaning

Location was convenient as it was near to Omonia station which is located 7 minutes away by walk Restaurants , coffee shops and bakeries all around the hotel easy to grab anything at anytime of the day Acropolis & Plaka district is just 25 minutes away only Getting from the airport to Hotel is Hazzle free , staff provided all directions in advance before we arrived to Athens Check - in / out by yourself highly recommended to do online check-in Breakfast was fairly good

Around the hotel there are some narcotics.

The staff were very nice and helpful, the hotel is very clean. Its location is close to Omonia square and the bus stations. It is safe because nobody can enter only with automated numbers. There are caffes close to the hotel as well as a supermarket.

I'm happy with the location, cleanliness and overall comfort of the room. Jane from the reception was very welcoming and helpful. I arrived early and she let me store my bag in the storage room, which allowed me to explore the sightseeing with ease. And Jane's sweet smile was a cherry on top of the cake.
