There was no sense of order when boarding the shuttle to the airport in the morning. My family and I had been waiting in line for 20 minutes, and people that had arrived to wait in the line later just cut ahead of us when the driver arrived. There needs to be a roped off section so that people who are waiting are able to board the shuttle in order of who was there first.

This was a convenient hotel to stay at for our last night in Greece. The free shuttle to and from the airport was very helpful. The dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. The rooms were clean and had a view of the beach.

A lot of light in the room from various electronics, panels, ac, etc. A fitted sheet would be better, leaves less impressions on skin.

One receptionist made me very uncomfortable, but this was because my check out time wasn't stated and I thought that I had more time to check out , I felt like a criminal I apologised and offered more morey to cover the time , but this was not excepted,she told me that check out time was at 11 am all over the world I felt so stupid .

The beds are so comfortable, the waiting staff are lovely the cleaning staff are.also very.nice it is very near to Rafina port and shopping area's my favourite restaurant in Greece is based near to the port it's the.one with the red flowers around it 👍.

We stayed at the Hotel Avra because of its convenience to the airport both on our way in to Greece as we were leaving for the islands the next day and on our way out of the country. Both times we ate at the restaurant and the food was great and the service excellent as the staff we exceedingly helpful. There was also a free shuttle to and from the airport which we greatly appreciated. We will stay at the hotel again for sure.

The hotel was easy to reach from the port, nice and clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The free shuttle to the airport was really helpful for us, so that was a great bonus.

Americans are used to bigger rooms.

Initially rented because of near the beach & shuttle to the airport. I will come back because the bed was soooo comfortable and the staff helpful. Ferry delayed, got in too late to visit the beach :(

The airport shuttle was new and very comfortable, but part of the road from the airport to the hotel was a bit old and narrow. It didn't help that the driver was a bit fast, although he must be doing this trip many times a day. I guess its normal for greek driving.

Airport shuttle was provided at regular intervals, and the hotel is within walking distance of the ferries. Lot's of options to find food nearby.

Extremely miserable man on reception checking us in...and there again in the morning on check out. He very much let down the otherwise excellent hotel.

We arranged an airport pickup. Directions to find them were perfect, they were on time and we arrived exactly in time advertised. We used this service agin the next morning to get back to the airport. Excellent service. Hotel is near decent restaurants. I recommend this hotel over the pricey airport hotel option.
