No free water bottle in room

My room was a little noisy at night because it was at front of hotel on the 2nd floor facing the street. next time I will request a quiet room away from the street noise

Rooms are a little small ( we knew it ahead since it is cleary stated in the room description). The view from the balcony is not nice.

Everything was exceptional about the hotel, fantastic location, clean rooms and great facilities. The staff where outstanding and went further than could be expected. I asked for my daughters room to be decorated for he 21st Birthday and the staff couldn't of been any more help than they were. This hotel is well worth a stay if you are visiting Athens, top hotel, top location and outstanding staff.

Since it was city centre it was a bit noisy at night, this didn't really bother me.

Excellent location, amazing views from the rooftop bar. The room was lovely and very clean. Breakfast was nice and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Nothing But people with disabilities might have difficulties navigating the stairs. There are two different elevators to get to the rooms and you need to navigate the stairs to get there.

Really nice staff, the location was great and the roof bar was fun. Clean room it was very quiet. I was grateful for that! The breakfast was excellent. No complaints at all.

No complaints. Everything was great.

Great location. Easy walking to restaurants, museums, and shopping. Staff very nice. Spoke excellent English. Roof top bar was lovely with view of The Parthenon and also had good food. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Nice comfortable room with good mattress.

The mattress didn't work for me due to back problems that I have. However, I should qualify that we stayed here 3 times over 2 weeks and the mattress was worked fine for me during the other two stays. This was the 2nd of 2 stays. I mentioned my problem with the mattress when we checked out and found to my delight that they put us back in the original room from our 1st stay when we returned for the final (3rd) stay. They did this at no additional charge even though it was a more expensive room. The customer service here is wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

No airconditioning until end of April despite the temperature. This should be a decision made by the hotel management not hotel policy. In the event of higher temperatures than normal, a/c should be switched on for customer comfort. Very disappointing..

There was nothing I didn't like.

I liked the hotel staff, the breakfast, the room accommodations, the rooftop view, the location (near metro and Monastiraki), the elegance of the lobby, the breakfast box they prepared for us when our morning plans left no time for breakfast - what more can I say? Oh, I will strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Athens.

Somewhat noisy at night but not unbearably so.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, they knew we were celebrating our honeymoon and left us a nice gift, location was central and easy to access. The rooftop bar was incredible and the view was amazing!!

Having to pay for breakfast when others who stayed after our tour did not have to pay.

I came to Athens Cypria with Overseas Adventure Travel. I stayed extra days after our tour. Our breakfasts were not included when the tour was finished. I think it would be good business practice to allow me that benefit too as others were given with a different booking. May I get a $30 refund?

Dated carpet yuck Thought the junior suite had an acropolis view but doesn’t. Couldn’t sit on patio without many eyes on you. No privacy with dirty view of the alley Mini bar prices silly high

The beds were so hard we had to ask for toppers. As they were single beds there were no toppers and were offered matresses off the rollaway beds to be put ontop of our beds. These did not make the beds any more comfortable. This is the only thing we did not like.

The location to shopping and restaurants was excellent The rooftop bar overlooking the Acropolis was lovely The staff very nice The hotel itself was nice.

You can not sleep with an open window but this is not hotel's fault. Just for your info, hotel is providing earplug.

Amazing Location. Very helpful and smiling staff. We had no breakfast so I cant comment about it. The most critical comment is here, the locationf of the hotel is very noisy due to the street musicions however room's noise proof was absolutely effective. Apart of that I liked bed and pillows. Mini bar was full, we asked ironing and instantly was provided. Very professional hotel and staff. Thank you.
