At night in the bathroom there was a sewer smell that came through the vents two out of the three nights.

Facility is beautiful! Staff at the front desk were amazing, and the hotel was very clean. It is connected to an amazing restaurant.

How quiet it was despite being in a noisy area. The bed was the most comfortable I ve ever slept in at a hotel. The complimentary coffee and tea and water especially the Nespresso machine. Very tastefully decorated room,great design and modern furniture and earthy colours. Very friendly and warm welcome by front desk employee. So convenient for catching a ferry as just a few minutes walk to the ferry terminals.

Quiet, great area for exploring port, and lots of restaurants. We had to do laundry and we found a really nice laundromat really close. Delicious breakfast and we could order eggs four different ways.

Loved it all. Maybe they needed some hooks for towels near the sink. Control of the room’s temperature should be for the guest to decide. Beautiful place; lovely employees.

The hotel was very clean, and it was in an ideal location as we were leaving on a cruise the following day. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We had dinner there and the food was excellent! Our room had a lovely little patio where we had drinks and cheese.

View from the room (they cannot help it) and no door in the shower - while rain shower was perfect , bathroom was full with water as there is no proper door

hotel has a perfect location next to the metro and walking distance to the ferry… room is modern , good working wifi and airco, good bed i had perfect sleep. I did not take breakfast so cannot judge

The hotel was fantastic, the staff felt like family when you left. If I had to think of one and only complaint it would be the elevator was a bit slow but there was a beautiful marble staircase right next to it so we took advantage of getting exercise.

Perfect Hotel, with the most friendly and helpful staff who over and above to make us comfortable. We came in early from traveling over 24 hours from the US and they let us check in several hours early and told us to get a nice rest. The restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing!! In the morning after we checked out they let us store our baggage in the front room while we strolled the city a bit before our cruise. The rooms were beautiful, large, clean, modern and the bed was a dream.

The hotel was exceptional, and the beds were excellent. We had been travelling for 2 weeks and chose this hotel for a good nights sleep before heading on our cruise the next morning. The breakfast was exceptional! Highly recommend.

A beautiful new hotel. Staff were helpful and courteous. The room itself was clean, very comfortable and spacious- very modern. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice including eggs cooked to order.

The location was perfect, in a quiet street close to metro station and port. Great breakfast with plenty of choice and good coffee.

Because the location was in the port, the front desk advised us not to walk in one direction from the hotel, but the other direction was safe and had shops and restaurants.

We had an early ferry the next day and needed to be near the port. The hotel was 100 meters away. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is 4 months old. We had a corner room with big windows that was light and airy.
