Everthing was perfect.

The hotel and the room were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We had the room with garden view. The hotel has everything that is needed. A pool, a beach, sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach and the pool as well as a beach bar. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also great. There are many restaurants near the hotel. Falasarna beach is only 18 minutes away by car. We also visited Elafonisi and Balos Beach.

The location is amazing. Close to top 3 beaches in west Crete. The staff was very helpful and complimented us with nice welcome for our honeymoon. The best thing was breakfast next to beach, with amazing food and nice variety every day. Thank you hotel Aphrodita for beautiful stay.

The room we stayed in was recently renovated and faced the garden. Therefore it was rather quiet at night. We loved the breakfast area with the terrace directly facing the beach. The breakfast spaced from continental to Greek options. The position is perfect for visiting Balos.

The room is new and clean. The staff are helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Chryssa from the reception gave us great recommendations on where to go and where to eat. The area around the hotel is breathtaking. On our next trip to Crete, we’d definitely stay here.

Very nice comfortable and clean room with a bathroom layout different to most, with isolated walk in shower. Good size balcony with view to sea and garden. Lift to upper floors. Very friendly staff.

The breakfast should be more variety and we had a room with sea view but the romm was on the ground floor of the villa and we didn't really enjoy the view because near the terrace of the restaurant there were many olive trees blocking our view to the sea.

The bed was very comfy, we had a big room and the staff were very nice with all the request received from us.

The wi-fi connection was unstable sometimes, but it wasn’t something important for us as we tried to stay as disconnected as we can from our mobile phones. The beach was ok, but even if it wasn’t something special, the location was not too far away (by car) from the most beautiful Crete beaches (Balos, Falassarna, Efalonisi)

I was surprised to see how nice was the staff. Additionally, I was extremely happy to see they put so much effort to details. The breakfast was very good and tasty, it was also varied and the deserts were absolutely delicious. The room was perfect, very comfy beds, nice view, the cleaning staff was so nice and they keep our room clean and safe everyday with some little surprises as they managed to arrange our clean towels in cute shapes (heart, angels). I totally enjoyed the stay here and would definitely choose this accommodation again.

Guests left towels in the pool beds without being there so couldn't get a pool bed most of the time. Out tea mugs and glasses weren't changed during our stay.

Everything was great!! We really enjoyed our holiday here, this hotel is an absolute gem! The staff was really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and versatile- every morning they put different traditional food both sweet and salty, and no matter what time you arrived to eat everything was always refilled. We had dinner in the hotel’s restaurant as well, the quality of the food was superb, so don’t miss it to trying it out.The beach was beautiful, calm and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing vacation! Location is well connected with Chania, the local bus line is really close to the hotel, less than 5 min walk. Rooms were cleaned every day deeply, and the bed was also very comfortable. Absolutely worth it!! We will definitely return here! :)

We found the pillows too soft and uncomfortable (although we didn't ask if there were alternatives, so there may have been!).

The room was beautiful, location fantastic and staff were all wonderful- very helpful and friendly. Having a supermarket and bus stop nearby was great, the local area have great restaurants and plenty to see. The beach is very clean, and the water crystal clear - great for snorkelling! Breakfast wasn't included in our booking but we ate breakfast in the hotel some mornings and it was always delicious with a great variety.

We loved it here. The place was immaculate, tasteful and stylish. Room had everything you could need. Great bed, shower, facilities, space, comfort. Lovely pool, shaded beach bar and comfy sun beds in a calm cove of clear water. I completely switched off. The perfect break.

The property, arriving at night, is a bit run down. Not terribly so, but enough to notice it needs a good sprucing up. During the day, it is much better with sunshine streaming in. The pool area and patios are beautiful. Parking was easy on street for free. Pay breakfast for 10 euros. Street to old town is very busy; there are sidewalks but we were a tiny bit nervous walking them because it is a city area and the driver were bonkers. It took us 15-20 mins to walk into old town. We ate at Othanos in the heart of old town at 1030pm. It was excellent in every way for Cretan cuisine and a wonderful atmosphere!

The staff. Incredible. They immediately made us feel at home.

I liked everything. I only wished they had a bit more options for lactose free at breakfast.

We had the junior suite and was perfect for a family with a small baby (3.5 months).
