From our point of view it was all very good.

The location was just what we wanted. Easy access to bus and ferry services and beaches and Old Town and its sites. As requested, our quiet, spacious room was on an upper floor with a small balcony overlooking the pools. I don't know how noisy rooms facing the street would be. There were many interesting and friendly restaurants close by, some of them with wonderful views of the sun setting across the sea.. The staff were invariably friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Our room had 2x air cons, the Bedroom air con didn't work hopefully they've got that fixed. We slept with our door leading to the balcony open. The property is old fashioned which lead to its charm but I'm sure that wouldn't suit everyone.

Location was perfect for what we wanted. Pool surround was not large but was peaceful and was kept clean & tidy (like the rest of the hotel). Options of breakfast, pool bar orders and evening meals which wasn't forced on you. Great staff 24h reception.

We had the best couple of nights here and cannot fault our stay. It’s not a super glamorous, boutique hotel but it is the perfect spot for exploring Rhodes. Staff are very friendly, the whole place is so clean, the pool is a decent size and was never busy during our stay. We never had to reserve a sun bed and the bar at the side of the pool was great. It was our honeymoon so our room even got upgraded and we were left fizz in our room. Location makes it super easy to explore Rhodes. We also ate lunch at the hotel restaurant which had good sized portions and good pricing. Hotel were also super helpful in helping us book a taxi. Would definitely return again. Great value for money.

The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond during my stay. The hotel is clean and has good facilities and is a short walk from most of Rhodes town, very well located. The pool was good and there was plenty of space despite it being the middle of August.

Perfect location, professional & friendly staff, clean rooms and facilities. A lot sunbeds compared to number of rooms. Lovely surroundings etc. ... All around one of the best hotel for money in Rhodes Town. This was our first visit to Annapolis Inn but jumped to our preferred hotel for all future trips. Surpassing all previous hotels for 10+years.. (even those with higher budget)

The apartment wasnt modern but sweet. My kids like to eat porridge for breakfast but it's not popular in Greece. And id like to have shampoo.

I liked the location, the staff, dinner I've ordered in the room was tasty. Very friendly atmosphere and great two swimming pools for kids. You can easily get by foot to the old town and to the beach.

Our room location was a bit noisy: first floor next to road so you can here traffic and other noise from street, also noise (probably cleaning staff) from corridor early morning.

Nice basic hotel. Good location, near restaurants, shops, Old town, harbor, beach. Friendly staff. The breakfast was nice. Nice pool area.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days, 9 people including children. The location of the hotel is perfect for touring all the sites in the city. The rooms are large and well equipped, and what is most important, they are clean. Delicious and varied breakfasts, provided in abundance and at a reasonable cost. The service in the dining room is great and attentive, as is the reception. The hotel also has a pool, although small but clean and well maintained. In conclusion - an excellent place to stay, with or without children, at a reasonable price. Zvi

The room was very clean, big and we had a great view too. the pool area was really nice with no reserving of sun beds from what I could see. the food was very well priced and as good as any restaurant we went to. the veranda had a lovely holiday feel. all great value for money in a super family friendly hotel with amazing staff. we even spoke to the owner who is quite happy to engage with all his clients .

We had kitchenette but no sponge to wash dishes. Cleaners did wash up but cups didn’t get clean.

Location was great! Pool was very nice and hotel restaurant offered tasty food. Kitchenette was fairly well equipped. Artsiness of deco was a fun surprise.
