Very uncomfortable beds and pillows to the extent it can be a deal breaker for some. Bedsheets clean but the room not so much. Dated objects/decoration etc. (e.g. the water tank got stuck sometimes). No lift.

Great location, you cross the street and you lay your foot on the beach. Many restaurants and bars around, along the seaside street. Good value for the price. Room with amazing sea and ocean view and comfortable bed.

A great base in Kalamata for one or two nights. Nothing fancy but a very friendly welcome, extremely good value and excellent food served at the beach taverna immediately opposite.

I don't want to sound too harsh because I know it would be very expensive but overall this hotel needs a complete refurbishment. Otherwise they will lose custom to the newer hotels just along the seafront.

Next to the sea. Free parking just along the road behind the periptero. Staff friendly and helpful.

Everything here is good.

The Owner is a very nice man, he was more then helpful with us even going out of his way to help. The view from our appartment was just great. The room is large and the shower is wonderful. It is a bit dated but this adds to the charm of the place.

Smallish room but as advertised. No restaurant but several nearby. Smallish, but not tiny, bathroom. 5 flights of stairs to get to 1st floor (what Americans call 2nd floor). Didn’t notice in listing, no elevator. Not a big deal except when bringing in luggage. No parking but found place on street next to hotel.

Very welcoming and helpful host (provided me bowl/spoon for morning cereal and coffee mug). Great view from balcony, across street from beach. Super clean. Heat and AC. Bed a bit of a “rock” but not uncomfortable, pillows that didn’t retain heat and make you sweat.

For the price & Location I had no complaints but you must understand this is a basic hotel .

This was a typically old school Greek hotel . very simple & basic but very clean . I had a twin room and as a single female traveler felt very safe . This hotel was right opposite the beach & I had a side balcony with excellent views . The guy in reception was extremely friendly , check in was easy & location was perfect . i needed somewhere to stay last minute for 1 night & this was perfect for me . A few great tavernas within seconds of walking . Near to shops & Bars . it suited me for what I needed .

The owner is extremely friendly and help with all needs. The hotel is in front of the beach and there are restaurants just next to the hotel. The room is simple but comfortable. I stayed just one night and next day had my flight

well situated on the beach in Kalamata, and close to the location of the wedding we attended. Nearby parking lot meant I didn’t have to hunt for street parking. Staff was friendly, one even brought my hat out to the parking lot when I forgot it at checkout.

The lid of the toilet bowl was broken and it was hard to close the door to the bathroom. You can hear the TV from the room next door.

They booked the taxi in the early morning for me, have been kind as usual. Perfect spot and can hear the sea waves at night.
