Bathroom very, very small, you could barely get in front of the sink to close the door behind, as no space, the sink was set too high, you need to stay on your tiptoes to be able to wash if you are smaller than 160cm, middle

It was a bit noisy when other guests were getting to their rooms at night.

Size of the bathroom was small, but it was spic and span. Not really a negative, actually.

An old building but immaculately maintained. The staff is extremely courteous, efficient and helpful. Our room didn't overlook the beautiful Blackheath out front, but did open into a peaceful little garden in the back. Breakfast was really really good. Had a wonderful and comfortable stay, and would highly recommend the value for your money.

It would have been nice if the internet had been up and running. We arrived on a Thursday and it still wasn’t operational when we left the following Tuesday….very vague reasons for the lack of repairs.

Breakfast brilliant. Room clean and comfortable. Old fashioned but with character à la Agatha Christie!!! Location fine for us as near our son. And good transport for getting to tube/train etc. Very close to Greenwich Park. Excellent value for money

The flow on the shower was a bit weak, but manageable. Apart from that minor issue everything was excellent.

The room was very comfortable and quiet and the breakfast excellent. I was at an evening event in Kidbrooke and stayed for two nights. The location was good as I could also get into London very easily with the station just a few minutes walk away and very frequent trains. Certainly worth considering for future London visits.

Unfortunately there was no wifi and the employees had no idea when it would return There was only one iron in the whole hotel. I was informed that the others had 'disappeared'. Shower difficult to understand and I had to request assistance from an employee who was very helpful.

I had dinner and breakfast at the hotel which was very nice. The double bed I slept in was very comfortable. I was upgraded from a single to a double due to being the bride in a bridal party. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The bedroom was large enough but in a corner of the building which made it over warm, had to sleep with the window wide open. Radiator in corridor permanently on even though temperature was in the 20’s.

Hotel was in an excellent location for visiting Greenwich and the surrounding area. Car parking was available which was very important to us.

Mattress and pillows were a bit too firm for my wife. The TV screen size is very small, and the positioning was not very good, too far away, and it was hard to see clearly. Very noisy music from the function room until midnight, the noise caused the door to vibrate continuously until the function finished.

The staff all seemed very nice and were helpful. The breakfast was very good with a very good selection. The location was perfect for us, close to green open spaces and ideal as we were visiting family .

The sink was faulty - staff did expres concern but was not suprised and "could do nothing over the weekend". The window was extremely dificoult to operate (old and bent). After 2 nights there was a problem with the toilet. Finaly we were moved to another room - larger, renovated bathroom and operational window. A notepad and pen would've been useful.

It's a nice cosy hotel. Breakfast was delicious and the garden lovely. Beds were comfortable and the tea/coffe a nice touch. Cleanliness was not an issue despite the thick carpets. Located in nice surroundings, close to the train.
