The place is great building history and seeing round they front seafront long the sidewalks area to like skyline and you name it they lots to enjoy round with the royal nary history not been missing out

The hotel was great value and comfortable plus foods was wonderful to enjoy eating the morning breakfast time several was great help to us all

The breakfast was a disappointment. The first day the scrambled eggs were dry, as they didn't use enough milk, or maybe they were overcooked. Worst of all, the fried bread had clearly been deep fried and it was just like biting into a sponge that was sodden with oil. I didn't like the bacon, so they offered me more (go figure) - I said I couldn't eat what I did have and why on earth would I want more! The tomatoes were tinned. And it all came with a choice of instant coffee or tea. Of course, I had the tea, but it meant my holiday got off to a really bad start, as fresh coffee and a good breakfast are the most important things before a long day of sightseeing. This is not a cheap place to stay and I think I had every right to expect a decent breakfast for my money. I certainly won't stay there again when I return to see more of the dockyard.

Perfect location - I think it's the nearest hotel to the Dockyard. It's also near one of the train stations. Plenty of restaurants nearby, but we ate in The Greene King pub which was practically next door. It was very clean too.

A larger room

Breakfast very good, freshly cooked. Waitress was very cheery and friendly. Our room rather on the small side but was clean and tidy.

The only negative issue was the shower, it requires a non slip mat in it

The only thing was the window units had condensation internally, so I couldn't see out clearly.

The exterior could do with a freshen up but that’s is just being picky.

Great location near the Naval Museum and outlet shopping centre. We used it as a stop over for the Goodwood Members Meeting. Friendly staff and a lovely breakfast. The room we were in was huge and had a great view of the harbour. I was very pleased with the secure car park.

Stairs to get in the front door. Narrow and heavy doors to get in. No help from the first member of staff we encountered. The second guy did try to help but we had it sorted by then. The first receptionist told us there wasn’t disabled access except via a fire door he couldn’t open. This wasn’t explained on Booking.com. Luckily I was having a good day and was able to negotiate the stairs but it caused severe pain and affected my trip a lot. It is the only thing that would put me off returning.

The location is spot on! We were upgraded to a harbour view room which was beautiful. Breakfast was wonderful. Bed comfy. Bathroom spacious and clean. Shower excellent.
