We had a room with a handicapped shower and I wish they had enclosed it either a curtain bc water got all over the bathroom.

Very comfy bed - asked for the extra large, & got 1! Made a change to have a tv big enough to watch/see from the bed. Well presented breakfast, good chose of cereal etc. Excellent Sunday Roast Staff very friendly & helpful.

Lumpy pillows. Single glaze windows meant quite a lot of road noise.

Very friendly, helpful reception. Efficient and generous breakfast. Privacy and ease of coming and going. Free dedicated parking space allotted to us on request. Prompt communication beforehand.

Our toilet did not flush properly at all. We were only there two nights so we managed. We did report it to the front desk.

Great place! Excellent breakfast and Sunday roast. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. We were in room 10 upstairs in a separate building. It was very quiet.

The kettle had a large limescale buildup, but otherwise everything was clean and beautifully thought through.

We were greeted by lovely staff, for a very easy check in. The room was decorated beautifully with lots of amenities. They were very dog friendly, the beds were comfortable and clean. The room was very accessible, and the bathroom was nice and clean. The food was also brilliant, great breakfast too.

Disappointed that even though I'd reserved a parking space all of them were filled up - had issues parking on the road. Also really noisy....have stayed here before in the rooms to the back of the hotel and it was quiet - this time around was woken up very early by lots of banging around - don't think it was other guests. I'll pay to upgrade my room next time around. Don't let this put you off staying here though - I do love it!!

Rooms are great - good sizes and really clean. Great location. Nice touch with the free drinks in the fridge too.

How to get to Twickenham

It stated near Twickenham. It was in miles 5 but travel time...and transportation made it good hour

Parking is restricted. Only 3 spaces available on the premises. Fortunately found a space on street parking not too far away. Parking restricted to 4 hours on street between 8.30 and 6.30. We checked in just after 3.30 so paid (via app) for 4 hours and it lasted until 8.30 next morning. So not a great problem fir us. If staying more than one night then parking could be tricky. Perhaps this could be made clearer on the booking.com info about the property.

Very comfortable bed. Spacious room and bathroom. Good food and drink. Excellent choice for breakfast.

This sounds weird, but going down the stairs from the room to the pub, at any time of day or night, seeing the "paints" of a bunch of old past men, and then opening the door to another "paint" with a face looking at you, was kinda of freaky and scary 😂. Maybe for a place called Queen's Head you could have something more feminine or women empowering, not old men looking at you. I'm sorry, but was creepy, but funny at the same time how many times I got scared in the space of 48 hours.

Staff was really friendly, pub food was great, decor of the whole place is gorgeous, and the shower was just perfect.
