The process of needing to share ID, photos, and then a large deposit that takes 2 weeks to return, makes it a significantly awkward process to go through

There were light bulbs that weren't working in the living room and in the kitchen. This made the kitchen very dark. When you walked barefoot, the floor felt not well cleaned. In the main bedroom there was a constant sound (like a working engine) that never stopped. The rooms need better curtains. If you are a light-sleeper this property isn't for you.

Location was perfect. The rooms were independent of each other. The flat was spacious. The living room was nice and permitted us to share nice moments.

When the party staying is more than 2 it would be useful to have a second set of keys, as not all people may be going to the same places at the same time. I asked about this beforehand and while I stayed but the local team did not get back to us. The fire alarm went off during our stay (it was the restaurant downstairs), we noticed there was not a fire exit information sheet in the flat, we did see the exit signs but have normally seen these by the front doors of other self-catering places we have stayed and hotels. A welcome book with key information would be useful as it could contain instructions for the cooker, microwave and tv/remote. The wifi was on but the password was not working, this may need to be checked as we did restart and try other methods, but it did not work. Not all the radiators work, there were portable ones left instead. The chest of drawers in room with black wallpaper has one drawer without a knob and does not open. These are all little things but if fixed would make a difference.

I was given 8 bottles of conditioner, no shower gel/body wash, no shampoo and 2 English breakfast teabags for a period of 4 days.

The livingroom and the bedroom towards the street were very loud because of the traffic and pubdwellers outside. We were cold at night and it took two days to get some spare blankets. We also needed a second key as we were 4 persons, that did also take two days. Communication via the callcenter was difficult.

This apartment needs a lot of upkeep. The front door to the complex as well as the flat were difficult to open and close. The locks worked, but were hard to open and needed to be checked after they closed. The shower had a hot water, but low flow. There were A lot of dirty spots around the house. Stains on the sofas, walls, sides of the bed. There are scratches on the walls. My biggest complaint is that 3 out of 4 lights weren’t working in the kitchen, so it was dark in there. I could not find any washing powder or a clothesline to hang wet clothes after using the washing machine. I was very happy to stay here, and i felt like the things I used worked and were clean. I am just concerned about the large security deposit, and there being several “broken” or dirty items around the apartment.

the location was great. The customer service was very helpful. I feel like the price was fair when comparing to hotels in the area. There was a lot of space. The apartment was clean, in terms of bedding, bathroom, bedrooms and living areas.

Due to the location there was alot of noise on the back near our bedroom window so we didnt get great sleep and there was a noise from above which also kept us awake so this was the only critisism of the property.

The 20 odd minutes we had to spend on the phone getting them to give us the code to the keys. As a family party I feel like I should be able to take responsibility for my family, and they shouldn't all have to send copies of photo IDs etc. The questions they ask make it clear they don't trust you to behave badly. I am over 60. I do not rent apartments to host rowdy parties!

We came to visit Oxford for one night, and stayed in the apartment .The location is nice -because it’s quiet central. But we had many disappointments First- the noise of air conditioners outside in the master bedroom was that loud and affected me sleep badly. Second- the bathroom needs a proper refurbishing, the shower was broken. Third- we forgot some personal goods-which were important for us- after contacting the property management several times, they we’re saying to us that they will check in the apartment and call back, but nobody did. And eventually when we called again they said that it’s missing- but we definitely left it there. It was kids clothes and important cushion for my friend ( the cleaners definitely should have mentioned it is inside right? ) and they said that they have new customers till the end of June and wouldn’t be able to check properly…. Marvellous!!!

The noise from outside and the restaurant was bad. The woman from the property agency was rude and just couldn’t speak into a phone properly. But there was a gentleman who helped very well after but was a struggle to get to him through the woman

The noise was unbearable. There was an industrial air conditioning or something on a neighbouring property than went all the time making a very loud noise in the back room and bedroom. The street noise was extremely loud but expected and would stop after 1am so not as bad. The plates had egg on them when arrived and wasn’t properly cleaned

We didn’t realise you had to be 28 or older to book this apartment upon booking but management were understanding and allowed us to stay as a group of friends for a uni reunion.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and well-equipped. The location was perfect and very central. We had an amazing stay and would definitely love to stay again in the future!

Book this property at mid day on the day of arrival. The confirmation email had generic information in small print about providing photo ID but did not provide any information on how to do this. Tried to contact the property regarding access to the flat but the phone number provided in the confirmation email ran out on multiple occasions. The first contact I received from the property management team was at 20.39 that email after I've booked alternative accommodation. Phoned booking.com after requesting a refund but this will be a long process even if successful. Please avoid booking this property. It's really not worth the hassle and communication is terrible. It might be ok if the booking is a long time in advance, but I would avoid booking this place last minute at all cost.

It was a bit shabby in the bathroom. Where the paint needed touching up in the front room it was a bit 'slap dash' Skirting boards could do with a clean. Needed electrician to come out as light switch sparked as it was turned on in the kitchen £250 was taken out of my account & I'm struggling to get it back.

difficult to put heater on shower - only cold water was powerful windows doesn’t fully open bed wasn’t comfy wifi poor coverage only covers lounge walls talk - any noise next door comes through walls not quite place - loud noise was heard until 3 am. any guests walk outside flat there steps will be loud and heard clearly not relaxing at all not suitable for pleasure nor work.
