Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe door to get back in after the pub's closing time was really hard to open, we actually got a bit panicky that we weren't going to be able to get up to bed! There's a knack to it but maybe this needs explaining on arrival.
Really friendly and helpful staff, made to feel very welcome. Good location, and quiet to say it was above a pub. Comfortable bed Tea and coffee in the room. Big window, nice and airy. Cheap drinks! Could buy from the bar and bring up to the room. Good value for money

Very friendly and welcoming staff and lovely pub downstairs, very fairly priced for this day and age. Also if you’re a dog lover there’s a lovely dog who belongs to the staff in the pub downstairs and he’s lovely!! Plus beds were really comfy!

It was a clean basic room. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. It had a kitchen where you could cook a breafast or there was a snack bar at end of block. Being a hotel/bar, there was some noise but that stopped at midnight. Overall a good budget friendly hotel.

The room was large and well laid out, and the beds were clean and comfortable. There was plenty of tea and coffee available, and although no food is available, there was a well equipped kitchen for guests to use if you wanted to. There are lots of takeaways and other eateries well within walking.
