You cannot open the window in a room.

Comfty room, clean linen and towels. Very friendly personel. You can store your luggage before check in time. Great localization, 5 mins walking distance to train station.

Very convenient location next to Newcastle central station and the Metro, where trains to the airport leave about every 15 minutes. The hotel building and rooms have a modern, but warm and welcoming style. My room was very nice, and it had air condition. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice too, and very clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. Unfortunately I couldn't try breakfast because I had to leave for my flight and I stayed in Newcastle for only 1 night, but I would like to try it next time :)

The size of the bathroom. No window to open for fresh air. Room had an odour when we arrived I think that is due to the lack of fresh air it wasn’t a bad smell it was more like stale air.

Room was smaller than I expected. Although air conditioning is provided it’s noisy and we prefer to have a window you can open. Location is excellent. We weren’t keen that it’s right next to the railway station and thought our sleep would be disturbed but we were wrong we slept fine the trains don’t disturb you at all. It’s a busy hotel and others patrons were quiet and well behaved considering 2 stag parties were booked in. They never made a noise. Unlike some other hotels we have stayed at in Newcastle. Highly recommend.

Room only cleaned once during my week long stay. No idea why my room was being ignored? Had to literally ask the cleaner to do my room. Is it a problem with the daily rota of rooms being cleaned? I don't know but the cleaning staff themselves were pleasant and friendly.

Hotel in perfect quiet location close to Newcastle Central station. Good reception staff. Nice room.

We paid to check out at 3pm (due to me having a medical procedure the day before) but the cleaning people just walked into our room and then after than knocked on our door before our 3pm check out. Better communication letting them know not to attempt to clean our rook until after 3pm would have been appreciated

Creaky laminate flooring when walking about room No 118. A little noise from main road below but all in all a comfortable nights sleep

The shower room "divider" (not door) could be better -- "longer" we shall say. Together with too shallow incline on the floor, lot of water/splash easily went into the toilet floor. This was not pleasant. We put an extra towel to prevent the washroom from flooded.

Communication before arrival was flawless and responsive. Location could not be better. Staffs were not just very friendly but also showed "can-do" attitude at all time. Room was clean, practical, well sorted and functional. We had a good night sleep for the activity for the following day.

Location- nowhere to eat late when I arrived. Several. Nightclubs with Bouncers very nearby. Difficult to get to va taxi due to.onecway system though it was a short distance from James Boukevard.

Hotel was great - staff friendly and room was excellent. Newcastle Csthedral was a worthwhile attraction to see
