We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe only small thing is that in the bathroom the grey paint has started to peel away showing the previous red underneath. And the walls between the rooms were a little thin... Our neighbours alarm woke us up at 6am!
The most beautiful hotel! We stayed in a family room, room 206. A huge king size bed and a large sofa bed for our 7 year old. Very comfortable and we all slept really well! We loved the small touches like proper milk in the fridge, chocolates and biscuits too. The staff were incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough to help. We ate elsewhere in the evening but had breakfast at the hotel. Excellent value for money and a really lovely space. We will definitely be back!
