Disappointment with very small bathroom facilities. Only one wash basin and shower was above the bath and the shower head was fixed so ladies wanting to shower without wetting hair had to use the horrid plastic shower caps, or have a bath. The light just inside the door wouldn't switch off at night time without removing the room card. If you wanted to visit the bathroom during the night you had to put the card back into the slot and then of course the light came on in the bedroom too (just inside door) which disturbed the sleep of your partner.

Location excellent in the centre for shopping in both Regent/Bond Street and Covent Garden too. Room upgrade given on arrival to third floor (due to a minor hic with water supply on previous visit in Nov 2023). Breakfast was excellent and service excellent too, choice of buffet or Al-la carte within the std breakfast price.

The mattress in the sofa pullout bed for both my trips were not in any good condition, need to seriously replacement. Our room faced the square and it was very noise to late at night, consider double pain windows for the rooms on this side of the hotel.

Overall good experience, the staff was very welcoming and supportive and helpful. The Staff location is good for being in the centre of many good shopping, dining, theatre etc.

The only problem we encountered were the curtains in the room which we could not close completely. A bit of a problem as the room looked down on Leicester Square and the lights of the square were bright until about one in the morning.

The staff very graciously set up a bed for my daughter in our room when I asked for twin beds. They also allowed us to check in early as our flight from New York came in before three o’clock. The breakfast was varied and copious and kept us going for much of the day.

There was some noise from street musicians when I was in a room side facing the square - Moved rooms toward the back and it was wonderful- staff was very accommodating.

Adeline breakfast waiter was exceptional- it was such a treat to have coffee in the morning and have her attentive presence there- very much appreciated !

Although we had paid for a superior room, it was tiny and outdated. More double glazing would be good. The beds were tiny and hard.

The location is perfect. The bathroom had been nicely renovated.

Being woke up on second morning by someone knocking door and ringing bell to door at Approx 9am when you don’t have to vacate until 11am. Our room was straight opposite lift so little noisy on second morning aswell. Didn’t ask to be moved as first morning was fine.

Location excellent - right in centre of Leicester Square

TV was not working in the room but was swapped very quickly. However, the stand did not fit on the table so was left pointing away from where you would watch it. Had to move a unit of furniture to actually watch it. Based on the noise (overlooking Leicester square), some earplug would have been a nice touch!

Location was perfect for what we wanted. Staff were superb. Nothing was too much trouble!

We stayed at the front of the hotel so as expected, there is considerable noise from the square into the early hours. Found out afterwards that reception have ear plugs on request but these would have been better in the room as I didn’t think to ask!

Fabulous location in the heart of Leicester Square, so well placed to get to everything we wanted to. Incredibly helpful staff who looked after us ( I was travelling with my 13yo son who is a wheelchair user) and were very accommodating to ensure we had enough space for his chair. Looked after our luggage whilst we shopped too. Room was spotlessly clean, well equipped and we loved the Nespresso machine & full size smeg fridge. Gorgeous toiletries and lots of fluffy towels in the bathroom too.

Comfortable secure hotel in a fantastic location

The room was quite warm - the AC didn't work though to be fair we didn't call down to get it resolved as we only stayed one night. Our guess is it wasn't turned on yet for the season since it was early April. Windows didn't open so that wasn't an option. It was quite loud on a Saturday night, even with ear plugs in, but its a central London location so that's to be expected (we were facing into the square). Housekeeping knocked vigorously and for a long time at our door at about 830pm to see if we needed anything. Given I had just flown overseas and was already passed out asleep with jet lag, this was not ideal. My UK friend was still awake though and eventually went to the door in her pj's to tell them to leave. Maybe 830pm is not the time to knock on hotel room doors?? Only other funny/odd thing we found was everything in the room was askew....mirrors mounted to the walls at a slant, art hung crooked, shower wall hardware installed at a 25 degree angle. It in no way impacts anything but we did find it hilarious that everything was bolted to the walls crooked.

We were upgraded at check-in to a suite, likely due to the fact that they couldn't meet our request for a two room bed, which was a great solution. The suite gave us a king bed and a pull out bed which worked for us. The bathroom was large, with lots of large plush towels and a heated towel rack (one of my favorite things about the UK are those heated towel racks). The bed was comfortable as well. Everything was quiet clean. The hotel location was fantastic, with lots of restaurants, shopping and museums within minutes walk. Staff were friendly and they held our bags in a secure area after check out.

Ancient carpets that look very tired and feel dirty. Our windows stared directly across the office building, and we had to keep our shades down constantly. That was not very enjoyable.
