Very thin Walls so you could hear everything, But nothing you couldn’t live with

I was next to the elevator. It was noisy in the corridor. Rooms are not well isolated. But since i was on the back side, it was quiet from the window side '. However the blinder didn't stop the light

Atefa the lady at the reception was very nice and helpful although she had to deal with several clients at the same time. The room was cozy and small. Nicely decorated and equipped. Beds aee comfortable. The location was outstanding.

Smaller than in the photos, bad wifi and tv signal, thin walls so it was quite noisy, a bit too much dust in the air since there are no windows

The bathroom sink was a little too small. The mattress a little too hard. I would have preferred to have a real soap bar instead of liquid soap from a dispenser, but I am nit picking.

The room was small, but all the essentials were there. It was clean, pleasant and airy. I liked bare floorboards - more hygienic than carpet. The window could be opened to let fresh air in. The location was quiet. This is the heart of London, and for that this hotel delivers the most important thing: a welcome place to have a relaxing night's sleep. Thank you.

the air con unit in our room (304) didn’t really work, the blow only came out of one corner and sometimes just didn’t blow out any air, along with it not being that cold. the window handle was also broken so we couldn’t actually ‘lock’ our window closed when we went out. had a slight issue where the man behind reception was reluctant to provide another duvet when we went down to request one. we were provided one in the end but the initial response was excuses to avoid fulfilling the request.

good location and facilities for intended stay. breakfast wasn’t a must so wasn’t an issue that it’s not an option. a large and up to date TV which could connect/screen mirror a lot of streaming apps from my personal ipad. FULL SIZED TOWELS!! much better than the tiny paper thin ones you find at the likes of premier inn.

I really didn’t like that there was no window in the room, felt like a basement.

It’s very good, great location, a lot of restaurants and Hyde Park is 5 minutes away from the hotel. Very nice staff, clean and comfortable rooms.

My only criticism was the bed a bit to hard for me and the shower space was small, so when having a shower, water was spilling on to the floor.I think room 211 shower needs to be looked at and sorted , because the gap at the bottom is why water spills onto the floor.

Room was very clean, the receptionist was very friendly, it was in an excellent location near to the train station ,also lots of places to eat.

Excellent location. Room was very clean, bit small but had many amenities. Staff was very friendly especially cleaners and reception staff. Close to two tube stations, Circle line stop literally outside the hotel. A lot of food options near as well. I absolutely recommend it.

Cleaners were shouting and very loud outside our door at 8am on Sunday morning and woke us up. Air conditioning wouldn’t turn on for longer than 1 minute so it was very hot in the room.

Location was excellent, close to Bayswater and Queensway underground stations and in a nice area. Room was clean but was really small but it was worth what we paid for it.

Nothing really - the cleaning staff start at a reasonable hour, and given the tight confines of the room and hallway, it’s inevitable to hear them.

The room was small (as expected) but comfortable for the short time of my visit. The location is perfect with lots to see nearby and options for food and the market.

Was surprised that the room was in the deep interior of building with no windows. I understand that the most was being made of limited space and it was a budget room but it was somewhat claustrophobic for me. It would be helpful to flag up the lack of outside windows on the description for booking.

Very clean, nice furnishings, tv and tea and coffee -making facilities provided, very modern and stylish bathroom. Very comfortable bed.

Room was very small. There was no window. Also the walls were very thin, you could hear everything that was happening in the corridor.

It was a good location. Located next to many shops, cafes and close to a tube station. Also, it was very clean. Sheri was very helpful.
