As we we’re meeting with relatives for an engagement party at the hotel we found that complimentary tickets for Hampton Crt and brekfast was included in the room price of £238, so with the breakfast and entry tickets to Hampton Court it cost me an extra £65. Although I have used booking.com up until now I shall always now book direct.

Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of food on offer. However I am very disappointed that breakfast was not included in our booking. I have paid £25 on top of the room cost of £238.

Everything worked perfectly - however the shower needs a second door to stop water flowing out on the floor. Dry by the morning however!

It was a little warm on the evening I stayed and I couldn’t find a fan in my room in the middle of the night, but that may genuinely have been because I didn’t look in the right place. A very minor issue!

Beautifully decorated, fantastic location, and it’s really kept the feel of a historic property while becoming comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and I loved how my room was decorated.

Location is amazing! Right across the street from Hampton Court Palace. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The restaurant is excellent. Breakfast is wonderful! The manager and staff always go out of their way to ensure a perfect stay!

My family and fiancé booked this hotel for my birthday and I absolutely loved the stay. The hotel is quirky and gorgeous. The room was lovely and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was the restaurant by the river because the view was just STUNNING!

Top end of budget for a visit rip but worthwhile given the location and restful stay.

I loved my suite, however, my only disappointment was the lack of a mirror in the main bedroom space in order to style my hair for the event. My styling tool wouldn’t go in the shaver socket and there wasn’t a socket near enough for the cable to stretch, so I had to use my phone.
