Convenient location. Good that there was a lift but a bit small. Good to have a washing machine. Bathrooms were comfortable size.

A strange smell in the apartment /probably from the bistros in the street/, coffee and tea were missing, nowadays a common part of accommodation. The shower door didn't work, but the owner quickly solved the problem.

Perfect location, right next to the metro station, another station nearby. The apartment is unusually spacious for London, two bathrooms are a big advantage. Wifi worked normally, Netflix on TV.

The place was really nice, everything was like in the posted photos. The location is great, very well connected the centre.

It was very warm in the apartment (like the central heating was on). Also, maybe instead of texting the number they provide, calling would be better? I had some trouble sending a text to the number, probably because of my own (foreign) provider. But when I called I was helped immediately and they were super helpful!

It's a very central location, close to different underground lines. The apartment was clean, beds were comfy and water (and water pressure) were good. There are enough eateries and shops around and the location and apartment suited our purposes perfectly!

Maintenance and cleaning should be a bit more meticolous. We cleaned the drawer and the table as there was some dirt.

The apartment is nice, lots of natural light and bathroom with a window is a real plus. Position is perfect as very close to the metro station. Bed are comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment is very silent .

A few minor issues the most annoying was check in - despite having a conversation and saying we would meet them at 12noon to drop our bags, we got messages saying we had to call 30 minutes before check in to arrange a time. This system has obviously been designed by someone who hasn't travelled - let alone with youngsters, luggage, arriving in new cities and used underground mass transit where there is no phone signal. Thankfully we were saved by a charming, intelligent housekeeper with common-sense who let us leave our bags, gave us keys and took our ID. There were other small gripes - when we tried to shut the curtains they fell down! There was no cutting board, tin opener etc but our feedback was actively sought so hopefully these will be fixed. I'd stay again.

Very central location, right next to Edgeware Road tube, close to Boris bike stands and taxis. Supermarkets close by. The apt is in central London so it's not quiet but this is not a fault of the owners. Very comfortable apartment, with good facilities - washing machine etc. Very clean.

The comfort of the sofa bed was not the best. Also, some basic kitchen things would have been nice (salt, oil). For the rest, it was lovely.

Really near the metro / bus stop, nice and clean appartement, 2 bathrooms per appartment... Lots of great things! We loved it.

Some lack of equipment: no tablecoth, serviettes, tea towels, not even paper rolls or towels to clean after ourselves. Nice directions to put our rubbish in the appropiate containers in the street, but no plastic bags to do it. The big nice sofa had unfortunately a quite spectacular stain. The chairs, though, were new and comfortable. We could not get any of the two hairdryers to work... We are saying all this so the staff will be aware of the small improvements we think the apartment would benefit from, but we were quite happy with both the place and the service and would definitely go back again.

This apartment is very close to a metro which was fantastic to get around London. The apartment facilities are a little tired but it was clean and comfortable for a family of 5. The staff had excellent communication and were very helpful when something needed to be fixed. We had a great stay.

Washer /Dryer. Not told where to empty garbage. How to adjust heating. Cold floors, no rugs not great for kids.

Apartment was in a good location, and spacious for a family of six. Could benefit from forml of instructions, like to adjust heating. Drying of clothes in machine, could only use washer. Ended up with a lot of dirty or wet clothes as only one clothes horse. Extra pillows badly needed in master room. Unsure where to leave garbage outside. Apartment was basic and would benefit from rugs, cushions to be more comfy.

The check out time was too early 11:00, they did not allow us to stay an hour which was quite normal in hotels and apartments spcially when you have kids.

The place was near by all restaurants and specially underground station less than 30 seconds walk.

we struggled with the check in time and there was no place to leave my luggage around the accommodation which was 10 piece of luggage it was a bad experience, I wish there was some flexibility with check in time

Curtains provided didn't fit windows and a blind was stuck, there was damp/discoloration on the ceiling of the twin room tv didn't work and there was very patchy internet reception

It wasn't smooth getting the keys. Original apartment had not been cleaned. They did get us a clean apartment, but broken shower door and non functional washing machine. Dusty range hood.

The only flaw was the sofa bed was a bit dirty and need to do some cleaning. We informed the host after we checked out and the host respond to it quickly to the issue.

It's only a minute away from Edgware road tube station, which is good access to anywhere in the city. The building has its own lift, so any of you with luggages don't have to worry about carrying it up all the way. The apartment is spacious enough for 6 of us including with 2 rooms and 2 bath and also a sofa bed in the living. Rapid respond from the host and they do take your enquiries seriously.

At night the area felt a bit unsafe, as you can hear homeless people argue at the street. Sometime you might see police car checking the area as well.

I Like the location of the property. Train station is just about few min walking distance, and surrounding with many shops and restaurant.

Building: Building on a busy street and above restaurant and shops, so often people loitering and standing around outside apartment building during the day. Apartments above 2 restaurants and German doner kebab nearby so often strong food odours wafted into rooms if windows left open. The common area for the apartments on entry to property was always messy with the way blocked by laundry bags and prams (not sure how they are allowed to do this with fire safety regulations on keeping these areas clear. Tiny lift. Apartment Flat was not handed over clean and had to ask for floor to be re-cleaned. Despite asking for a broom and mop several times to keep floor clean, they never gave us one.

Great location in terms of closeness to Edgware Road station and buses. Nice layout to the living area with good light and right balance of furniture. Rooms were good size and bathroom were nice especially the showers
