Being picky I would say the shower is on the small size and in the twin room I would have appreciated a more accessible plug socket for phone charging and hair dryer. Also I think a ledge above the radiator would be great to put a drink on, spectacles, phone etc.

Clean and comfortable apartment complete with appliances to make our stay homely. The location was good for requirements. Having a local shop downstairs was so useful as was the local coffee shop and public house 😃

There was a huge breeze coming from the window in the bedroom and the beds was not comfortable which lead me and my partner to not have much sleep.

We visited chessington zoo, this place was 2 miles away which was very close and more than convenient. The shop was below us which was very handy if we needed anything.

The decor needs refreshing. The carpets had lots of stains and there were scuff marks to the walls. The shower column that the shower head clips in to wobbled and we were nervous that we would cause it to fall off and the blind in the master bedroom didn't go up and down by pulling the cords. I'm personally not keen on the high glass table with high bar stools, I would prefer an ordinary table and chairs. The apartment is duplex so stairs inside and to get to it so not suitable for those with mobility issues. With a lick of paint and a carpet clean this would be a lovely place

It was an easy place to find, in a quiet location. It was a short walk to Epsom town centre where there are lots of restaurants, shops etc. There was a cost cutter in front of the accomodation and a coffee shop and pub next door, but it wasn't noisy. The rental company answered any questions promptly via email. Checking in instructions were clear.The kitchen looked quite new was clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of hot water and the shower was powerful. The towels were large and fluffy.

Cleanliness could be improved. Broken toilet flusher. No baking tray. Lots of finished/almost finished things. About 3 teaspoons of coffee left in a jar. Just empty boxes of washing capsules.

Good communication with the host. Adequate space for 4 guests. Enough towels for us. Plenty of toilet roll. Ideal location for us (for Chessington). A shop below which was handy. lots of fans provided. good Wi-Fi. very clean microwave.

Overall cleanliness of entrance outside front door. Would put some people off at first sight. Sofa bed faux leather peeled/ cracked underneath throw. Could do with changing thats all.

Very helpful and friendly over the phone. Easy parking and key collection. Well stocked apartment ie tea, coffee condiments salt pepper spices. Washing powder, washing up liquid. Cloths. Shower was lovely very clean.

Apartment is in need of a little TLC. Carpet and bathroom are worn and in need of repairs.

Hosts were very careful about our allergy concerns, cleaning all appliances and everything in advance. Hosts were also super responsive to questions and concerns during our stay. The flat is above an award-winning corner grocery store that is well worthy of its awards! Well-laid out space with a washing machine, fridge, stove, microwave. All in all, a very solid little flat right by the heart of Epsom.

The only thing was the TV, it was tricky to watch while having breakfast. But other than that nothing!

I definitely loved my stay here! Both ny friends and I enjoyed staying here! It was an amazing trip! All the beds, including the sofa bed, we're comfy, the kitchen was fully fitted out, and the living room area was really cozy. The location was pretty good. Downstairs there was a Costsutter and pub. There's a shopping centre and high street about 15 minutes walk. Also a church along the route! I would come again!
