Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomPreviously we have had a room on the first or higher floors . This time it was on the ground floor but up a flight of stairs near reception, this meant carrying our large cases up the stairs . If booking again would request a different floor level .
Didn’t have breakfast. Have stayed there before and always found it to be good . Easy to get to from the Heathrow Express and Shuttle Bus.

United KingdomI arrived early but the restaurant wasn't open so I went to their bar, food options are limited, unless you like chicken and they were not willing to adapt for an allergy - I recommend the Three Magpies a five minute walk along the road, friendly and lots of options Not that sound proof I was disappointed given the price paid

A busy hotel. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. We were there mainly for the airport runway view, and loved it! We got to see the planes movements from our room; it was a dream room for my little aviation enthusiast! Location wise, it's very close to the airport - just take a bus from Heathrow Central Bus Station, and you'll be there in a few stops costing less than 2 pounds (the airport hotel transfer charges a LOT more). The aviation shop is just next door, so if you're into airplane models, you can walk there to see the variety they have and buy too. McDonald's and some pubs within walking distance too

United StatesMy key would not work to get into the room. The first time I was given a new room. The 2nd room did not work either. It was a very long walk to go back and forth twice. I flagged down a porter the 2nd time (luckily he was delivering suitcases for another room nearby. He couldn’t get in either and had me wait for a half hour until he brought another key. He was not apologetic whatsoever and a bit dismissive. The first time it happened the lady at the desk was very apologetic and gave me a wine voucher-which was very nice.
Very queen, comfortable beds, easy to get to Heathrow via shuttle to airport. I used the bus to get to hotel, which was easy as well. Getting to central London is easy as well using the tube.

Room and bed was comfortable. Bathroom modern and clean. Dinner service in the restaurant was excellent - thank you Lennon. It was an easy Hotel Hoppa bus trip to and from the hotel.
