There was a construction site right outside. And our window let a lot of noise in.

It was very close to kings cross station and it was easy to explore london with the underground. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom big. I liked that they had a kettle and cups and glasses prepared.

Stairs dangerous with bags to get to lift with large suitcases. Lack of fresh air with window so hard to stay open.

Location for stop over on route for train. Had back room so not noisy.

Very tired interior and rooms very basic. Lots of stairs as I didn’t trust the lifts.

The hotel is right on the main road (Euston Road) and next to a King's Cross tube station exit. It is very conveniently located and across the road from both Kings Cross and St Pancras train stations

Noisy......continued loud voices from below where guests stand at entrance to smoke . Mattresses are not good quality and roll into the middle. Shower door broken., bedside lights wouldn't turn off and other one missing globe and broken. Kettle spout bent...unable to pout without spilling.

I did have the feeling my room used to be the supply cupboard. Small and hidden behind another door. I could feel the springs but I still slept well.

I needed a hotel near St Pancras Station for one night and for that purpose this hotel was perfect. Literally across the street. Bathroom was new and great shower. 24hr reception made me as a solo traveller feel safer.

Decaf coffee would have been welcomed. In order to use the lift (I was on the 3rd floor), it was necessary to negotiate some stairs first, so if you have mobility issues, it's definitely worth mentioning this when booking. Otherwise, this was a perfectly serviceable room.

Located a few steps away from an entrance to St Pancras station. Rooms are basic but definitely good for a stay where you just need overnight facilities. Shower is good, beds are quite basic but I had a good night's sleep.

The boom box sound from the street, but that's nothing to do with the hotel, just the location. I would stay again for convenience and price when leaving from St Pancras International.

First and foremost, the location is great. I arrived in London late and had a very early departure from St Pancras International, and it was just across the road, so it was super convenient. My room was very basic but had everything I needed, including a bathroom and the bed was comfortable.

nothing to dislike! One needs a clean room and close to the train/bus at the end of a day out. Exchange rate makes it more expensive but that's not the hotel's fault.

It’s across the road from Kings Cross and St Pancras international station. It’s clean and convenient. All the amenities needed after a day out in London. Coffee/tea and creamer (in the fridge) :) Aircon works great. Friendly staff.

Staff could be a bit more cheery -- seems like receptionists were nonchalant most of the time -- not entirely rude but not really a good customer experience. I often go to London and was excited finding out about this place given the location but my experience wasn't the best.

Location is fantastic for price. Rooms are actually good even for 3 people. Wardrobes are big and fit stuff. Yes you will hear the trains from Kings X station at night but that is everybody's experience when you sleep just next to a big major station.
