Room was hot overnight - air conditioning cld help.

The on site facilities and superb flexibility of the staff. It really seemed that nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent and the view incredible. Beds were so comfy.

The sat-nav took us down some very dodgy roads to get to the resort.

The views are amazing. The facilities and activities are exceptional- I wish we had booked a longer stay to participate more. Without exception, all the staff were helpful and very friendly.

The schedule of activities should be available when you book your stay. I did not like the single use cosmetic bottles.

Food was not good at all. Severely overpriced, ridiculously small portions and substantially below what you expect for such a nice hotel. Staff and overall service was excellent though just the food itself, pricing etc was way off.

Hotel, facilities and staff were excellent.

At the point of booking we didn't realise what this place was, that's our fault really. Probably a great place to stay if you have children. We didn't find the bed very comfortable.

It was fairly peaceful. The pub up the road was excellent, we did not eat on site.

A little bit pricey, there are some activities that were included which were good. Maybe a breakfast included with your stay?

We went for a last minute get away before our baby arrives, the room was very cosy. Swimming is included in your stay which is great and there’s free parking. The games room was a nice extra too; with pool tables and air hockey. There’s plenty for families to do too, we will definitely be back!

Nothing I didn’t like about it.

How friendly the Staff were, very professional and warming. That was all staff, credit to them all. The grounds, peaceful. How cosy the room was. Small touches with chocolates in the room and toiletries. Surprised how many activities there were to do. Next stay will be for longer for us to do some of the activities.

That we couldn't stay longer and make the most of our stay!

Everything was spotless. The room was beautiful, food delicious, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, especially Danny, Holly and Polly. My son was running LEJOG, and The Mole was a lovely, relaxing place to unwind for the night. Unfortunately, as we had to keep moving, we were unable to take advantage of the leisure facilities, but we would love to return.

The cold water in the bathroom basin ran warm,so we had to keep asking for cold water for drinking. The room cleaner mistakenly took the tv remote control one afternoon and husband was unable to watch his team in TV!

Substantial breakfast and all local produce. Food in the Cellars restaurant was also lovely ,and again local and fresh.
