On this particular stay, the radiator in the room was not working efficiently, but when I returned three days later, there was an engineer servicing the heating and everything was fine.

I stayed here twice in a short space of time and have already reviewed my second stay (10-12 Dec 2023). Briefly, it's a convenient location, is clean and comfortable, easy check-in, great communication and has everything you need.

I have just two minor issues: the first is that there is only one bathroom (the bathroom and toilet are in the same room) between (if I recall correctly) six rooms, which means that sometimes you may have to wait - and if the door is closed, it isn't always obvious if the bathroom is occupied; the other issue is that there is only one heating control (located near the bathroom) for the whole house and you may set the desired temperature, only for another resident / guest to change it (it seems that the room I had is a little colder than others - it's certainly colder than the hallway - so this could be an issue). Having said that, it's a a great value (although I have noticed that prices fluctuate) place to stay before/after flights (there is a direct train link to Gatwick too) and with the unrestricted parking nearby, you can avoid airport parking too).

The room in High Town Road is in a great location, within easy walking distance of Luton station (at the end of the same road), where one can also find shops, cafes and takeaways; it's even within walking distance (a long walk, around an hour) of the airport; there is parking in an adjacent street (High Town Road itself is permit holders only 9am-5pm, although I have never seen anyone checking permits). Check-in is easy, with the keys in a lock box by the front door, all communications with the owner are immediate and excellent and the cleaners are friendly and helpful, as are the longer-term residents. The room. located on the ground floor, is a good size and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. There is also a fridge and kettle with a good supply of tea and coffee (with more in the kitchen downstairs if needed). The fully-equipped kitchen is downstairs, with the bathroom just a few steps upstairs. Toiletries are provided too.

Refrigerator was off when we came, so our food went bad because we didn't realise it was off.

Simple, clean, had everything we needed. Perfect for a 2 night stay. Robert was extremely friendly and responsive, and was very helpful and open to answering our questions. Check-in and check-out also very flexible, so we can go at our own pace.

The room was not in the property I booked, it was a different house on the same road. It didn't have fridge or kitchen as shown in pictures. It was very inconvenient, as I arrived late at night hoping to warm up the food, but there was no option to do that.

The property is close to the train and bus stations, so it is perfect if you need to catch an early morning flight. Room was clean, it had tea/coffee making facilities and a very comfortable bed.

good location as park in nearby street w/o restrictions then Uber to airport (Holiday Inn to avoid £9.50 airport drop-off fee). no toilet paper. messaged late at night and new paper brought within 5 minutes. excellent.
