Small rooms and some of the decor was more of an Instagram trendy style than I expected and didn’t love. But aside from the aesthetic differences, very nice hotel.

-we did not have any window outside and we were not aware of that beforehand. There were not enough staff working in the breakfast room. It took time to get a coffee.

Excellent location. Rooms a bit small but a lot of attention paid to decor to detract from small rooms. Breakfast could include more healthy fruit selection and seeds , nuts etc instead of meats and cheeses

The hotel charged me twice for the entire stay and twice for security deposit. I had to wait for 2 weeks to get my money back. The short old guy with glasses, from reception, was mean and rude, thanks God he works late night shifts only

Directions to rooms could be marked better. for the first few times, it took me a while to figure out where my room was or i took the longer route to my room.

This was my fourth stay at the hotel. I like the fact that it is close to hyde park as well as knightsbridge and mayfair. The location is one of the biggest USPs of the hotel.

There was a Filipino lady that was on the desk at breakfast that was very abrupt and balled me out over the breakfast booking in front of other guests. I had paid for breakfast at the check in desk the night before but she said I had not.

The shower lacks a sensible way to screen off so the water doesn't end up outside! Every time you showered, almost the entire bathroom floor was covered with water. Unbelievable how they design bathrooms! The ventilation in the bathroom could be better, the damp stays long time after you showered.

The first room we got was very disappointing. We went down to the lobby and they arrange a new room towards the street on 6th floor that was much better. Thank you! Good location close to South Kensington underground. Easy to get from from Heathrow. Good normal hotel breakfast but nothing out of the ordinary. Very good air condition, just to set the temperature and you have a comfortable climate in the room!

This was my second stay at this hotel and on both occassions found the reception and breakfast room staff to be rude and unfriendly. Check-in is slow and you get no feedback from staff while they are glued to their computer screens. At breakfast had to ask numerous staff members for cutlery and coffee.

Excellent location within short walking distance to both Gloucester Road and South Kensington tube stations. Beautiful decor and very clean. Lovely comfortable rooms. Concierge staff are friendly and highly efficient in organising taxi's etc. Highly recommend.

The customer service was excellent - very helpful and friendly. Reception were warm and welcoming and helpful with our questions. Breakfast was very good, lots of options and again the customer service was excellent.

Huge complication with our check in and mix up with card payment which had been allocated to another room which had nothing to do with u, which we are still waiting on hearing back from the manager who dealt with us on departure.

Nice hotel, beatifully decorated with an excellent location. We stay in a deluxe twin room very clean, spacious and confortable. The hotel staff is very attentive. Nice breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. Five minutes walk to the South Kensington tube station. Walking distance to the Natural History Museum and the Victoria & Albert Museum. Lots of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this hotel.

There were a few small issues and discrepancies between the room description and what it was. We were placed on floor 1/2, which has several areas with steps which was genuinely difficult to navigate with a big suitcase. The room did not have a window to the outside, which was not in the room description. It looks over the atrium with flickering light. The coffee machine or the chromecast did not work, and we were over the bar, which was noisy. Generally a pleasant stay, but many small annoyances I didn’t expect for the price of the room.

Only negative was I sat in the library for 25 mins waiting to be served a drink. The actual bar was closed for a private event. The library also was closed until 5pm to accommodate filming. When library opened I thought I’d nab a quick drink. Despite telling reception twice, no one came. Unusual for a hotel that they would have all their amenities closed (bar afternoon tea) and they wouldn’t make an extra effort for guests to accommodate. I ended up walking across the road to Kensington Hotel, had the most efficient and amazing service.

Beautiful modern hotel in the heart of South Kensington. 5 mins from Sth Kensington and 6/7 mins from V&A. Nat History museum. Plenty of cafes, bakeries and restaurants on your doorstep. Reasonable price when compared to other nearby hotels. Tip make sure you don’t get this hotel confused with the other Queensgate Htl.
