All was good. Felt very homely.

Very clean accomodation. Easy to find and very close to town. Parking was brilliant..Good communication with manager. Only problem is - we couldn’t lock our bedroom door but unsure why. Maybe was our fault? Would definitely recommend as was a very comfortable room for a night or two. .

Very comfortable ensuite, with parking at the property. There was good communication from the host, although I didn't meet her in person. However the written instructions were very helpful, including a menu for a lovely pub just 5 minutes away. The location is the quiet outskirts of Canterbury, but it's a straight road into the center.

For the price I paid, I was expecting low-level accommodation. Far from it, very comfortable with off road parking. Wifi, TV and fantastic facilities. Stones throw from town.

i went to watch surrey play kent and the cricket ground was just an 8 minute also ideal for parking. the facilities were great and there was a wonderful range of teas, coffee, hot chocolate there was also chocolates, biscuits and fresh milk available. the room was spacious very clean and tidy also a TV with plenty of different channels

The accommodation was lovely and cosy. Quiet residential area. Close enough to K & C hospital where we needed to be. Nice touches in the room like teas, coffee, sugar, sweets, fruit, biscuits and milk. Free WiFi. Absolutely spotless. Well maintained. Bed is so comfortable. The host Jan is lovely and let us settle in and said we could call any time if needed. It was just perfect for what we needed. Would definitely return when in the area. 5*

Clean, excellent location. Lots of thoughtful touches to make it more comfortable with fresh milk for tea and snacks, and a hairdryer. Would recommend. A good private en-suite room to explore the city from.

If I had to be picky, the water pressure for the shower was relatively low and the bed was a little squeaky. Other than that, amazing place to stay for a couple of days.

Honestly, I didn't ask landlady about opportunity to stay my suitcase for next day, but I am not sure that it is possible. it is not a minus for me, but if you expect to leave your things for day, better to check this option in advance.

it is not a hotel, it is like a room for short term rent. Landlady was really lovely, rom was nice, very clean, with everything what you need it. Tea, coffee, some fruits and sweets. Not far from for center, just 20-25 minutes walk.

The room was absolutely lovely, comfortable bed and great communication with the host. Little touches as in the fresh milk and fruit in the room was really nice. We would definitely come back when we are next in Canterbury.

Absolutely nothing

The room was a great size, as was the bathroom. A private entrance from car parking space and well located for the city centre either by walking or bus. Very clean, tastefully decorated, lots of thoughtful touches.

The room was lovely, clean and bright and very comfortable. The host was lovely and helpful allowed us to check in early. The location was great for getting into the centre of town. The pub (a couple of minutes walk) has a park and ride car park, with buses every 10 minutes. Without a car the ticket is £4 return and you can use it to catch any local bus from Canterbury bus station (15 and 16).
