This is one of the best boutique hotels I've stayed in, and I've been to more than 200 hotels. Excellent staff, extremely hospitable, they go the extra mile, attention to details is beyond the norm, rooms are nicely decorated, great amenities. It's the only hotel I've stayed in that have a professional gym membership next door as opposed to a small one in the basement. The hotel also has a guest-only lounge, rooftop bar, fine-dining restaurant, etc... It's a full package and the value for money is 100% there.

What a fabulous hotel. We arrived at 3 and didn't leave until 11 when we checked out the next day. On arrival they managed to get us a booking outside on the Flute Terrace, it was a Friday afternoon and sunny, we had cocktails and just relaxed. We were booked for dinner at Dear Jessica, the food was fabulous and a really great atmosphere. The menu is no longer restricted as mentioned in other reviews, plenty to choose from. Then back to the roof terrace inside this time for DJ and cocktails a fabulous night. The staff are incredibly friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We will be back!

It was a bit pricey considering the room was very small and there were no included amenities like laundry service or included breakfast or extra amenities like a spa. Also, the staff was very nice, but they seemed inexperienced and a little overwhelmed.

Absolutely incredible design. The attention to detail from the lavish decor to little things like the staff leaving a Broadwick bookmark in my book during turn-down service made the stay very special.

There could be some polish with the breakfast staff and when there was a small issue it could have been communicated better but I'm just nit picking at this point.

Beautiful hotel. The room was impeccable, well organised and clearly alot of thought has been put into the details and the features. I loved the hotel and the staff were so wonderful. Even though it was only an overnight stay it felt like I'd been there for a couple by how warm and professionally familiar they were. It's a super cosy hotel and I personally love the decor.

Little over the top on prices for F&B …. But plenty of alternatives within walking distance. Very friendly staff , but could tone it down just a touch ! One member of staff …. Every other word was Fantastic!

Wifi bandwidth was limited at times. I needed to do some work and the table was a little small to work on, but I booked the standard room.

Comfortable bed and pillows, black out curtains with no light and very quiet, despite being the middle of SoHo. Excellent attention to detail within the room, with very high quality facilities.

Found the air freshener/perfume around the hotel a touch too much for my taste … it’s a lovely smell , but less of it would be better … pillows and mattress although comfy are on the soft side …

What a stunning hotel ! Interior design is amazing with incredible attention to detail throughout! The decadence of the Flute bar is off the chart ! Food was delicious and staff extremely welcoming and friendly.Breakfast and coffee were really good too … I’ll definitely be popping in when in the vicinity given it’s an all day bar

I was charged a "room - service charge" without my knowledge which was rectified by the manager.

The room wasn't very spacious but it was comfy and very well equipped room and bathroom -- I loved the mince pies treats! The whole staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. Location is perfect to discover London! Highly recommend staying here!

From the moment you step through the huge pink door you are greeted by a team of exceptionally trained, welcoming staff who made you feel like you were coming home. The hotel is very well appointed with everything you could possibly want, and more, while enjoying London.
