The shower took a while to warm up, but that wasn't a big deal, and everything else was good!

We had a great time hotel room adequate pillows a bit too soft otherwise very happy. Staff were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Couldn't fault the staff in anyway excellent service.

The parking is by zone which we organised on arrival. Easy to do though.

A warm genuine welcome. Beautiful and clean. Breakfast was lovely, the porridge was perfectly made with oat milk and honey. The bed was so comfy and clean and the ensuite shower spot on.

The room was quite small, and the bathroom was tiny.

The hotel is clean and modern, a short walk to the shops in the centre of Brighton. The staff are very helpful and worked hard to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The continental breakfast was good.

The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The room was quite small, but that seems to be standard for the rooms in Brighton. The air con could have worked a bit better, it was a little warm. We were happy to open the windows, but maybe a fan would have helped. We like boutique hotels, this one was as expected.

We could not fault much at all. A hot option at breakfast would be welcomed but the continental had good options and the croissants were lovely.

All the staff were so welcoming and lovely! They couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. The bar was fantastic and really unexpected. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and the property was quiet. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

The bathroom could do with a deep clean and the breakfast was a bit uninspiring. It was limited and it's always more exciting to have some hot cooked breakfast options, other than porridge and toast. The pillows were very soft, which some people may not like.

Lydia was so lovely and accomodating. The room was nice and the mattress was firm. Those homemade biscuits were amazing. The location was really lovely for where we needed to be. We felt very welcomed and catered for.

Breakfast is continental, Id question what brand of coffee they "proudly serve", there is a pub with a beer garden next door depending on what side of the hotel you stay, you'll hear it.

We were hoping to have a cocktail, but there was not a cocktail person. She did however makes a perfectly lovely drink!

Just occasionally, style took preference over practicality. Drink making tray in the cupboard. Bin no where near the tea making. Hair dryer cable too short to see in mirror. Bathroom shelf too small for wash bag. Kettle not easy to fill from sink. - But these are minor niggles, and common issues with most places I've stayed. Absolutely wouldn't stop me staying again. Had a lovely visit!!!

Stylish but relaxing vibe. Extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming team. Great location. Much quieter than expected (didn't hear the main road at all). Simple but tasty choices at breakfast. And a very comfy bed and good nights sleep! Will definitely stay again.
