It was a little difficult to regulate the water temperature for the shower.

Excellent location and the apartment was large and in good condition. Very comfortable and had everything you'd need for a short stay.

The door seems a little unsafe. The bathroom floor wasn’t properly clean and the towels were really old.

The blinds needed to be updated as a little bit shabby on how to draw them as they're broken. Floor was needed to be hoovered as it was a little dusty but not a problem as everything else was clean and tidy. Oh the complimentary things like coffee and tea wasn't used but there was something we kind of had to but as it wasn't Marmite but some kind of impostor posing as yeast extract it did the job, but I'm from the hometown of Marmite so 😉 it kind of was the only downer lol. Besides that everything was loveleh maybe a few newer decorations and upgrading or refurbishment needed but then the price reflects these things so I wouldn't worry as a low budget apartment wouldn't stay that way if it was upgraded in my eyes. So it was to be expected that some things have suffered from wear and tear.

The apartment was excellent value for money and in the prime location for the surrounding attractions. We came to see our favourite band at the Roundhouse and as Camden is our favourite part of London we shall be definitely coming to stay again. Everything was great. I was a little apprehensive as I read a review saying it was a noisy area with nightclubs being near. We stayed from Sunday to Wednesday so heard nothing 🙃. Maybe it's different of a weekend, but it wouldn't bother us. My partner was really impressed with the place. Facilities were of a good standard. Hot water and lovely fresh bed that was so comfortable. Lounge a nice size and lighting made it look swanky. Free WiFi was easily accessed The owner sounded nice when I phoned as I didn't realise he had sent me email with directions for access which was very prompt. Overall the place enhanced our few days break. My partner wants to return one day so I shall be looking to book again maybe next year.

It’s cold. We were there for 4 days ( the end of November ) and It was chilly during the night ( you could survive easily under the blanket but it wasn’t pleasant. During the day temperature was fine. I think it’s because it has cold tiles as a floor

The location of the flat is 10/10. It’s like 2 minutes walk to Tesco, Camden Town metro station and Santander cycle station. Apartment is also way more spacious than it looks on pictures

The cream sofa was filthy as were the dining chairs and dining chairs legs fell out of there sockets when moved or lifted. The kitchen had a hodgepodge assortment of dishes and glassware and eating utensils only 3 spoons 3 knives and 3 forks. AC is a floor machine in the corner of front room and only that room cools. It was 85 and 87 in London so we needed it on but no air gets to the bedroom. The owners tried to “cute “ the apartment up with plants and flowers and wall art. Bathroom is rough, holes in outside shell of tub, decayed bathroom shelf. Just needs new furniture and some TLC and it would be really cute and up to my standards. Only bath towels provided needed hand towels too. English don’t use wash cloths so didn’t expect them but would be a nice touch. No soap for dishes provided and lotion, hand soap were nearly empty and probably for awhile because someone watered them down. There was no closet door either which let the ugly area open in the room, but it did have hangers and a few shelves. TV had good selection of channels. But all in all it was a shower and a bed in a convenient location.

We are 2 65 yo females, 2 minutes walk from Camden Town tube stop which was great. This flat is on the 2nd floor with no lift. Very difficult to lug 45-50 pound suitcase up a flight of stairs. Thank God we have no mobility issues but it was difficult and worked up a sweat. It’s in a music/artsy area looks really rough especially at night but it was safe. Down a street with several restaurants with bars. It’s noisy at night in the apartment due to music blaring till 2 from the street 1 block over. Earplugs are a must if a light sleeper like me. The market area is right there and continues on for many blocks maybe 1/2 mile. Good eats and deals. There is a full grocer around the corner so we cooked breakfast. The apartment is comfortable for 2

Whilst away you are not going to cook much but there was only one soup/cereal bowl which I found strange. There are a few maintenance issues that need addressing.

It was much bigger than the pictures. Having a separate sofa as well as the sofa bed was amazing. I asked for extra bedding and my teenage daughter used that. It really is in the heart of Camden so don't expect it to be quiet. Having read other reviews take ear plugs. London isn't a quiet city. It was really clean and we didn't use the air conditioning as there were enough opening windows.

The location. Spooky Street filled with addicts and the loud music until early morning from the pub on the ground floor.

The place needs some care and attention.The bed sheets were clean and it was warm but that is where the positive comments end. Three of the four window blinds don't roll up and the majority of the lights don't work so it left the room very glummy in the day time as well as the night. The floors were dirty. Underneath the bed settee was filthy. The cream sofa and chairs were dirty. The towels were very thin and old plus one had bleach stains all over it. This could be a great property if someone actually cared about it.

It smelt musty on arrival. Bathroom dirty with a pizza menu covering a hole in the wall. A long black hair in the bed which was very off putting. On check out day the cleaner was banging on the door to speed us up two hours before check out time. Water dripping from the spotlights over the worktop in the kitchen. I’m not normally a complainer but it was poor

It wasn't very clean, crumbs all over the place, on the chairs, in the bed, on the sofa. Cups were also dirty. The neighbourhood is very spooky.

The location was prime! Near countless shops & restaurants, 3 minute walk to Camden Town station, right in the middle of Inverness St Market etc. Super clean and equipped with washer + dryer, kitchenette, fold out couch beds. It was perfect for my family of 4. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.
