The guy with an Afro hair. Was so rude … also the location is kinda far from everything … and they charged me 5 euros to keep my luggage. But not at the storage room …he just hide it behind the counter … poor service

-You have to fit the sheets yourselves - be good to have some prior warning of this -Top bunks are a pain to fit the sheets on given the steps are painful to stand on (and slippery - incoming accident there) and there isn't much space to maneuver! Got a little stuffy in there also. -Only one USB socket in bunk, would be good to have more there and around the place in general -The area it's in is a little dodgy I'd been warned

Bed not very comfortable. No iron available. Not enough electric sockets in the room, there was only one next to the door.

The room was big for Paris standards. Clean. Good value for money breakfast. Well connected to public transportation. Staff is nice. Could keep my luggage free of charge.

The Wi-fi did not work very well at all times and in some areas it didn't have coverage. Also, could have had a few more sockets to charge the phone and laptop, specially in the rooms.

Had a very pleasant stay at UCPA. Had just arrived to Paris and had to sort a lot of things out regarding my next job and the space was more than OK for sorting everything out. If I had to highlight something I'd say the cleanliness, everything is very well taken care of. Also, the staff was very helpful all the time. Also has a lot of spaces to work out which was really nice for me

i dont like is, they didnt clean immediately when someone checked out, for example, my roommate was already checked out , then when i came back ,his room was totally mess and noone clean it .. and idindt know that toiletries is not included,, maybe nexttime include that to your message so the renter will brings his/her own, but its my first time in this type of system,, maybe for me is new and to other is normal. but overall, your hotel is perfect for backpackers like me :)

the place is so great, it is far from the city,but the train station is nearby, thats why, transportation is not a big prob. 2nd therebare many activities in the facility that everyone can enjoy. and last you can access even you are late ,becuase of some activity. ill recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues.

What I didn't like has nothing to do with the hostel, it's more about the transport system in Paris. The location of the hostel is a bit far from the main quartier of the city. As a result, if you wanna go back to the hostel late at night you have to either take a bus or taxi.

The idea of a sport hostel. The reasonable price. The design of the lobby, the breakfast, and other facilities. Especially the sports facilities which it was new to me that a hostel contains so many varied sports facilities.

I booked a double room with an en-suite but they didnt have this so gave me a dorm for 4 to myself with no en-suite - no refund offered. The toilets/ showers on my floor were also out of order so I had to go upstairs. 10 minutes before I was due to check out, I went to the toilet and came back to a man in hi-vis in my room - he said he was fixing the radiator but as a solo female travellor it was quite unnerving to come back to a random man in my room (the radiator wasn't even broken) - also they could have just waited 10 minutes until I was due to check out. The location was quite far out.

I liked the cleanliness of the place and the modern decor. It was relatively social. The staff were really lovely and accomodating.
