Not very comfortable room - only 1 toilet paper and when it's over we didn't know who to approach, no soap, the bed was crooked. No staff, maybe someone on reception, but it was difficult to find the reception, so we just bought what we needed.

The location was really great and it was clean and tidy, when we arrived! Interesting and easy way to get your keys, lots of languages provided on the machine!

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. And that is very important for us for any accommodation. The door to the balcony was very hard to close.

Great proximity to tram and nice restaurants. Within walking distance from city centre. No noise was a great plus.

It was not easy to get into our room. There is no reception, instead there was a machine that was supposed to give us a card, which we use to enter our room. In our case the machine was not working and we had to call an emergency number and we had to get guidence over the phone how to get a spare card. The whole procedure took over 45 minutes, we have spoken to at least 3 different people. All the time they gave us the impression we are doing something wrong. We were tired after the flight with our luggage still with us and had to wait all the time on the phone. As a whole very unpleasant experience. Apart from this, everything else was fine.

Student Factory Nice was a nice place to stay for a few days. It has a very good location about 10 minutes walk from the train station and approximately half an hour walk to both old town and sea front. The place was clean, recently refurbished, had a nice and comfy bed, and a small kitchen corner, and also a very nice view from the balcony. It is very good value for money. Highly recommended!

The balcony doors were hard to close. The bed was uncomfortable. There were not enough kitchenware. We stayed there 6 nights and had the same towels - there were no room service.

It has a pretty view from the balcony. It was clean. The staff was nice. Tle comon spaces were so pretty.

The bathroom had a weird smell from switch and it was annoying. We wished there could be an actual functioning coffee Maschine as well but there was none.

Room had a very nice view and great lighting. The facilities were alright and met the necessities.

Laundry service was a bit complicated to figure out. Room was not ever cleaned during my four night stay. Only had one towel. Bed was very hard. All of these things weren’t deal breakers and I would gladly return.

Convenient location - a 10 min walk from Nice-ville train station. Big grocery store and pharmacy right outside the property too. Had an excellent view from the 7th floor with a nice balcony. Check in was easy using the door code and self service machine inside to collect my keys. Kitchen was equipped with basic items. AC worked well. Place was clean.

Quote a good stay for a low price. Check In might be easy most of the times. However we were unlucky, the door douldn't be opened wirh the given Code and the check-In in the gall didn't work too, so it took quite a time to get our key vards and enter the room - this wouldn't be such a problem, if you didn't spent 8 hours in the car not being able to sleep. Nevertheless, the Appartement is more than okay - having little troubes with old sheets and the shower reglements it is still a comfortable and cheap dormitory in a good location.

The bathroom could use some maintenance - our shower had a beyond awful smell which carried through our apartment. We stayed for a week and our bins were overflowing by the end - would have appreciated having them changed.

The apartment was large and had everything we needed including extra blankets and kitchen supplies. The view was incredible from our room - the location was fantastic, located just above a supermarket and near the train station. The staff were extremely helpful when we had issues with the laundry app. Check in was contactless and easy to do.

There was no option to leave the suitcase on the day of departure (weekend) which was not ideal. If anything, the pillows were not great at all, but that was far from an issue for an otherwise great trip.

We had access to the open space and needed to work a bit, so that was super useful. The check-in is super easy and contact-free. The cute balcony was a plus and location ideal with a 20mn walk to the beach.

The bed was kinda low quality, and the kitchen utensils were missing a cutting knife. Other than that, it was well worth the money.

The location and the staff were perfect. Value for money is good.
