My room was a bit cold. But the staff brought a heater and that solved the problem.

Excellent location in the heart of Annecy, close to the lake and old city. Friendly staff who were attentive and very helpful with tips. The baked goods at breakfast were delicious!

It was exceptionally warm when we were there (28c), and the AC didn't really keep the room cool overnight. We opened the door to the balcony, but there was some very loud car revving (it was Saturday night) at all hours, so we had to close the door.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was large, well appointed, and we loved the balcony. The breakfast was great with a varied choice of hot and cold items, plus pastries, etc.

Front desk team were under-staffed for the level of occupancy. Perfectly pleasant and helpful but a little overwhelmed with the number of people they had to handle. Not helped by maybe a 20 minute computer/user issue with someone's membership number resulting in them not getting the discount. Held up the whole reception area as no-one else was on duty.

High floor away from the noise of the busy road below, lovely view over the park to the lake. Nice shower and bathroom and an adequate setup for teas and coffee.

We are hot sleepers, but the heating was set too high for a mild winter- would have loved to be able to turn it off! Open window was okay, but a little noisy come 5am

No concierge to help with luggage. And the room is too small! We had to change our room with a bigger one.

The location with lake view! Staff are friendly. The parking is available near by but avoid checking-in on weekends as the packing gets busy.

The internal doors have almost no space, in the bathrooms no place to organize our stuffs at least shelf under the sink should be built in. No hand towel holder near the sink.. also the fitness lacks space and some of the machines (bicycle) not even functional. Small details do matter at this price.

Just the smaller room than expected but not too much bother.

Excellent stay in a prime location. We added breakfast to our stay and the selection was varied and plentiful. if just a little pricy. For a 'Deluxe Double Room with balcony I found the room to be smaller than expected, with little space around the large bed. Having said that, it was comfortable and in warmer times, the terrace would be delightful with its view. Housekeeping was first class. I made a comment at reception and within a few moments an error in their presentation paperwork was corrected. I was duly impressed. Also impressed with recommendations for dinning out .. .. and the very good malt in the bar.

It doesn’t have own parking. There are plenty garages very close to the hotel, but sometimes these are full. Thus the posibility to charge our car was very limited.

The location is splendid. There is a possibility to load/unload your car during checkin/check out right in front of the hotel. Rooms were nice, we had a beautiful view from our terrace. Friendly staff, dogs are welcomed.

The fitness center was extremely small, and only had three pieces of equipment and some free weights. The elliptical was not functioning properly.

The hotel was in the perfect location in old Annecy, very close to the lake. we were walking distance from everything we wanted to see in the old city. The hotel had a delicious breakfast and had a nice aesthetic. The staff were all extremely helpful, especially Thierry. He went above and beyond to help us make our stay comfortable. He even rescued us when we realized we had left a valuable item back in the room and helped us arrange to get it back.
