We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

View from the balcony was exceptionally beautiful. Room was nice and big. Breakfast was typical French one. Pool was heated. We got very good advice from the staff about the best restaurants in the neighborhood.

FranceHotel is deep need of refurbishing because it is oldish and badly maintained: the gutters were rusty, the furniture looked outdated. Bathrooms date back from the 80s. Elevator was being repaired and didn't work most or the time. Breakfast items were missing 30 minutes before the time of closure. Parking space was always full and dangerous to access. The location of the hotel is steep climb from the city center. We had booked a twin room and were given a double room upon check-in. It took reception half an hour before figuring out they could give us a triple room with one double bed and one single bed. Our room had a direct view on the breakfast terrace.
We liked the nice view from the breakfast room and the room's balcony. Beds were comfortable and A/C worked well, so did WiFi. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good though not much remained 30 minutes before closure and they were unable to make fried eggs or espresso.

GermanyIt was diffcult to regulate the water in the shower. On the balcony there was a gap between the glassrail on the floor and we traveled with a crawling baby. Everytime we tried to close the gap with a chair for our safety, the service staff came in and opened it again. The breakfast was rather poor. The last negative aspect was an inclined toilet.
The view of the landscape with a side of Sardene is the highlight. You enjoy it too on the pool, which is also great. A lot of parking spaces. Nice room with relatively new facilities. Teapot. About 20 minutes drive to Propriano and its beaches. You can also enjoy a walk to Sartene

SpainThis hotel has good rooms but my two main needs in a hotel are the beds and the shower. Regarding the beds, I think they were good but it does not seem correct to charge € 20 more per day for requesting two single beds. Especially because the price of the hotel is already high. The worst thing is the shower, which is so limited in flow that practically no water comes out and because of this it is very difficult to regulate the water temperature.
