The hotel is clean and I feel secure during the stay. These contrast with what other reviews in google, beyond my expectations. The staff is friendly.

I think the staff on reception could have been a little more friendly and welcoming, thought they were efficient. The food in the self-service restaurant for an evening meal wasn't great, but it was also very reasonably priced, so I suppose you get what you pay for.

The hotel room was basic but had everything you needed and very comfortable beds. The cost included breakfast and it was better than expected, a good variety of food available. It was close to the metro station and had a lovely park next door it it which my grandson enjoyed playing in, but lovely for anyone to enjoy.

This is not about the hotel. Just tips for the accommodation. If traveling from CDG with train, check if the train is stopping in the stop closest to hotel (Gentilly). Also - pay attention to zones. We got ticket to "Paris" and it is valid only for zone 1. It resulted in paying extra 35 eur fee when running into ticket inspection..

I'm a wheelchair user and the lift broke on the morning of my departure, which left me stranded on the first floor. I was eventually assisted down to the ground floor but I couldn't get down to the lower ground floor for breakfast. The en-suite cabin style bathroom was do-able but tricky.

The hotel was located in a very convenient place for the activity I wanted to attend. The food was alright. It was easy for me to get around in my wheelchair. The TV had plenty of channels to choose from.

The bathroom was kind of small. You should provide more towels since the whole room is the shower. The floor is wet almost all the time and when you walk out you get the floor wet. Should have a matt outside the door or something. We put a towel there.

Well, i had some questions i wanted answered before my free cancellation, but there were no answers. After check-in, in the evening, I've got an answer. Not helping. Another thing. Day before leaving, because of our early flight, we arranged "breakfast to go" with the receptionist, but we didn't get it,because another receptionist didn't know about it...however, we were hungry, despite arrangement.

Near to metro, no bedbugs and also very clean, beds ware comfy, bathroom is very small but we didn't mind. Receptionist speaking English very well.
