Safe in room had to be unlocked. Sink plug was jammed. The room should have been checked more thoroughly.

Dog friendly in the restaurant as well. A la carte is much better than the set menu. Staff very helpful and very large comfortable rooms.

The restaurant is closed on Saturday and Sunday evening only snacks are available. Considering the hotel location, which is far from the Poitiers and limited options for food delivery offered by Uber eats and Delivero this might spoil the evening. Food delivery to room from the restaurant is not good. Better to go down. In the morning the restaurant is very busy. Consider some time waiting in the queue or accept to be seated in the lobby. Hotel is relatively expensive compared to other Novotel in rural France.

Property is showing its age, leaky windows in room letting both the cold and noise in. Restaurant not open during evenings at weekends, kind of annoying if after a long drive you want something good to eat. Miserable room service and vegetarians will likely go hungry. Bring your packed lunch / dinner if you plan on arriving during weekend. Hardly any resto alternative within vicinity of hotel.

Convenient location directly off the motorway. Good breakfast buffet. Dog friendly.

the restaurant menu only being available in French language and other languages not available. fortunately one of the staff assisted us so we could choose our food from the menu. other restaurant staff should consider using hygiene products as they didn’t smell very nice when walking past or when delivering our food. food was over priced and poorly presented on a plate even a combination of over cooked and under cooked chips on our plates! this is a very basic food to fry and should be fresh at all times, along with other foods on the menus. menus should be reviewed I’m our opinion for the cost of some of the dishes so you feel you get better value and choice of dish.

From chasenuille gare you can not take a taxi or uber to the hotel. They don't serve there regularly. You definetly need a ride from poiters gare. The location is good if you own a car. If you dont know the language it is super difficult to get confortable at the hotel. No answer for room service. Very tired stay. The staff client service is not standard

there was no bottled water left in the room, couldn’t find reception entrance due to refurbishment works. menu in the Resturant is only in French and waitress wasn’t keen to help with translation so we had to get phones out and use Google translator.

after a long drive we were greeted and asked if we wanted to eat in the restaurant booked table went and rested came to dinner 1 hour later to be told kitchen is closed! ordered a cheese platter €14 it was appalling and tiny with brown lettuce garnish so sent it back! croque monster was half warm half cold and again lettuce garnish brown!

It’s located right next to the highway and the futuroscope so it’s practical. It’s confortable enough and breakfast is nice.
