How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location is a little off safety wise but good for public transit. Lack of AC was fine for me but in summers could be an issue

No shower gel that’s it rest everything good.
Location is fine but they should put a display sign to recognise the hotel. Everything is organised and easy to follow. The staff is bi lingual.

The property was only 3 stops from the airport and 4 minutes walk away from the tram station. The staff was very friendly and polite, gave us Tipps for our stay in Nice and day trips ideas.

check in you have to be there in exact time you cannot open the entrance probably they can change it
That was the cheapest place which I found in Nice, small room but still some kitcgen facilities and near to train station.

It is good for staying 1 night to get to the airport in the morning. I wouldnt recomend to stay there in case you want to explore the city. Kitchen is very underquiped - no pot - just 1 pan. Surrounding area is new residentail area - lot od newcommers and foreign people - drinking on the street etc. Bed is super super small for double bed - its like wider single bed. We were in February and had a problem to air it out (12degrees at night)...so it has to be super hot in the summer with no airconditioning.

The place did not have like a hotel lobby. The room did not have AC, hot in summer. But only a fan.
I like the location Near the tram station Also near a bakery, good for morning coffee. Near also a restaurant for some meat sandwich. Also it quite at night The room is spacious (it looks like a big dorm room)

Good location for the Allianz Riviera stadium. Functional room but great value and just what I ordered. I could work and sleep, there are places nearby to get food, so it was just what I was looking for.

it was like a sauna in the room with the fan being the only source of cool air , good for a night stay but wouldn’t stay any longer
it was a good size and close to a train station , staff were kind and security guard was a legend !

The wi-fi is very slow, can only stream on youtube in 240/480p max. This makes it difficult to use cloud services for work. There is no AC, but the fan and shades helped a lot, so it didn't bother me too much.
It was clean, quiet, private, very safe feeling (electronic pass at gate/door/elevator). It is a very short walk to Lidl!

The Internet is very very very very very slow, barely usable; no sockets near the bed, which is quite inconvenient; no handwash in the bathroom, which is quite annoying; also, not enough shampoo was offered (one day dose for a four nights stay).

If you open the window, it's very noisy (highways are not far) 24/7. It's also very hot (hotter than outside since you can't ventilate the room easily: only one window). No fan or AC neither. You definitely get a better experience if you stay outside of the summer period evidently. It's in the immigrant area: my taxi driver advised me to not go outside during the night. It seems safe during the day.
Very close to the airport (20' by foot), and supermarket (LIDL) (5' by foot) Some facilities not very usual: 3 fitness devices can be used (I didn't try them though). Building looks very new also. This rent was the cheapest I've found in Nice!

The reception works only from 3pm to 7pm , we arrived early , this had to wait until 3pm to check in
it did fulfill our needs and having a kitchenette and being close to supermarkets and the tram was a good factor.
