Furniture is getting old, the water in the kitchen was flowing out to the floor, check-in and check-out times are weird (16:00 - 11:00) and they even managed to keep us waiting for the room till 16:45; 5 minutes after getting into the room the master tried to break the door to get inside and fix something, very unprofessional

It would be nice if the hotel had a small facility to get a coffee and some refreshments in the lounge area.

Location is great. Close to the centre of town, market, restaurants and coastal walkways. Hotel suite was equipped to cover all basic needs, including small kitchenette and a dining table for four, dining dishes and some cooking equipment. Best built -in wardrobe we’ve seen in a hotel, would be very convenient storage space for a family. Large balcony with a view of town and the sea, had enough space for a table and chairs, drying rack and storage for a surfing board. Heated outdoor swimming pools is fantastic. Breakfast was very nice. We were impressed how well thought out the suite was.

The location was beyond perfect, you are right beside the beach and the town centre. The apartment was ideal so we could have our own breakfast etc there and then went out for dinner in the evenings. The shower was fab and the bed were so comfortable. Very quiet in the evenings and we slept very well, could not recommend enough!

It was a little bit small and television was small with only French stations. Could not load netflix or other apps. WiFi a little slow at times.

Location was in walking distance to all the sites, beach, coastal walk and shops. Easy drive to large shopping centre. Loved the balcony and views. Very clean with everything you need in the right places. Comfortable bed.

The location and the set up of the room beds. The view from the room was nice as it was high enough to see the ocean. The staff was very helpful and responsive. The parking was easy and fairly priced. The room was equipped with a nice little efficiency kitchen that helped make eating out a choice.

Breakfast was not good value, very basic. decor of the rooms need updating. Front of hotel outside reception looks untidy, new signage needed.

The seaviews and sunsets are breathtaking, location very convenient for beach and short walk to town centre, rooms good size, kitchenette very well equipped. Pool area great and heated pool a bonus for cooler months. Most staff are very helpful

The reception staff were helpful and charming. The room was large and had good facilities and a fantastic view over the sea. We were not expecting self catering facilities but were delighted to be able to use them to make snacks. We were allowed to park our car in the hotel car park which was convenient and provided some safety.

We were there for 6 nights, we had to keep asking for toilet paper and the bins were never emptied so the kitchen one in particular was overflowing.

Close to the centre, shops, cafés and restaurants. Close to Port Vieux Beach and Cotes des Basques Beach. The balcony had a fabulous seaview. The pool was heated. The studio had a kitchenette with sink, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, stove top and an array of kitchen cutlery, plates, pans, etc. Carrefour supermarket was a 5 minute walk away.

We were travelling with my husband and my 20-year-old son. Booking.com offered us a Family room (for two adults and two children) at this hotel as a suitable option for three adults. My son is almost 2 metres tall. It was very uncomfortable for him to sleep in a child's bed. So I think this room is only for families with children, not for three adults.

The hotel is situated in the very centre of Biarritz, close to the ocean coast. The apartment has everything for having a good rest for some days. There is a little kitchenette with all the amenities you need for cooking. If you don't want to cook on vacations there are plenty of restaurants and cafes only 3-5 min by walk. The city market with extremely fresh seafood is very near, the same 3-5 min by walk. The room, the shower and the toilette were clean enough and cosy furnished. The room had a sea view and it was an amazing view.

Views are excellent, cozy studio, friendly staff, as the check out is early, we could leave our luggage at the hotel until we were ready to go to the airport. Location was more than we expected, a few blocks you find everything, supermarkets, bars, and the villa market that was nice and offered produce, prepared food to go, artisan bakery, just everything you need and also a few blocks from the beach boulevard that takes you all the way to the casino and you can continue all the way to the lighthouse.
