There was nothing not to like

Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast to start the day. Able to hire ski equipment from the hotel, with discount for hotel guests. Ski storage provided. Ski bus stop right outside, just a couple of minutes to gondola. This made getting to slopes really easy. Good size room, well laid out for family of four. Small spa with hot tubs, steam room and sauna, children able to use spa facilities with parents. Hot tub booking system worked very well, we were able to enjoy use of the hot tub every evening after our day on the slopes. Great views. We will definitely return.

The hotel is super clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the location is great. Walking distance from the town centre and its restaurants and shuttles going to the pists stop right in front of it. Also great to be able to finish a day of skiing with a nice spa break.

We wish for more snow & sun. Overall the hotel was great, and the village is worth visiting.

Access to the spa (2 jacuzzi), ski rental shop in premises, ski bus 10 m away, ice-skating just nearby. Easy access to pittoresque city centre and restaurants. Breakfast was pretty good.

Could not fault the hotel

The Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food. The hotel location was just outside the centre of the village within easy reach of the restaurants. Good spa facilities ,well used after trecking in the mountains. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The village is close to many other villages, it is remarkably quiet and peaceful, the views from the balcony are breathtaking. The staff are incredibly kind and always available, even at night, we they leave the place

Very clean & comfortable hotel, nice atmosphere and a good breakfast selection. Has a drinks menu for the afternoon too. Close to the Patinoire & Biathlon Arena. 5 minutes walk to the town. Also had a nice plunge pool and whirlpool to use, along with a Sauna and treatments available.

Wish we had AC, the room could get warm at night. We would open the door to the balcony to cool it off.

Lovely little hotel in a beautiful town with a great breakfast. The view from the room was magnificent. Room was a bit small but very comfortable and well-appointed. Wish we had AC there in the heatwave, but everything else was great.

Spotlessly clean, great location metres from ski bus stop, excellent breakfast. Great to have a spa with hot tubs to relax after skiing.

We only stayed 3 nights, but we noticed the breakfast was exactly the same every day. Granted, it was a good breakfast, but we wouldn't have wanted to stay longer than 2-3 nights because of the lack of variety/change in the food.

It was a quaint little hotel! The spa was really nice, and the breakfast was good. The room was comfortable, and we had a beautiful view of snowy rooftops. The bathroom was nice and clean, and the slate tiles in the shower were really nice. We didn't have time to do it, but there's an ice skating rink literally right next door to the hotel, which is a nice perk to this location. We also enjoyed being able to rent/return our ski materials from a shop connected with the hotel. It was great!

- The spa booking protocols meant we couldn't use it as we didn't know what time exactly we would be back from hiking to book a slot. It seems a strange system to make hotel guests book into a spa to use the sauna etc. If you don't book at breakfast you can't use the spa. So the day we checked in (obviously not at breakfast time) we weren't allowed to use it as we hadn't booked. - would be nice to have tea/coffee in the room and a few more toiletries in the bathroom for the cost of the hotel.
