The fact that it doesn’t have a wardrobe , there is not much room to put your clothes and suitcase. Also, not enough space in the bathroom either to put your stuff

Almost everything. Very close to underground station and only takes about 15 minutes to most attractions. We had dinner at the pizzeria which is on the ground floor and it was great, highly recommend it. The only downside is the fact that there’s not enough storage space in the room nor bathroom.

The rooms are very small but I guess that's what you expect in a capital city.

It’s clean, love its decor and the food is just excellent. Really large portion sizes. Have beautiful Japanese restaurants nearby. We loved our stay there.

The location is a bit far from central Paris. There is a metro station called Porte de Lilas across the street from the hotel which we used daily. It takes approximately 20-30 minutes boarding multiple trains to reach multiple tourist destinations. Also, the heater was turned on automatically at night and could not be changed. Front desk controls this for the whole floor and when someone gets cold at night they turn the heat on. This was the only problem we had but 3 out of the 5 nights the A/C was on at night.

We stayed here for 5 nights, this hotel was clean staff was very friendly and helpful. We checked in early and our room was ready. The room was spacious for two people and clean. Bed was comfortable and house keeping cleaned it daily. There is a small pizza restaurant and bar inside the lobby which we tried and enjoyed. Also there is a free to use washer and dryer which was nice.

It was a great stay. The hotel is right next to the metro station, although the station was closed in the return direction during our stay. The neighborhood is nice and the staff was great. Our room was cleaned every day.

The location is too far from downtown and would take 1.5 hours on public transport or spend more on taxis. I would say, it is generally OK but over-priced for this location especially that you will need to take a lot of expensive taxis.

There's nothing not to like really.

Staff is absolutely lovely, always helpful. Breakfast and the tea at breakfast was great. Rooms are pleasantly spacious and smell clean and fresh. The pizza is great (try the one with chorizo), and they have the strongest Old Fashioned cocktail known to man haha!

The only problem we have occurred that we couldn’t connect to the TV for some reason. Other than that, everything was perfect ☺️

Loved the location, the service, the room was great and there’s everything you need. The staff was friendly and helpful. Close to the metro station. They also give you cute welcome drinks and those were really good!

We might have liked a table and a chair in the room since we were not allowed to eat our own food downstairs my son had his breakfast croissant in bed which made a mess. We also missed non French speaking TV channels.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel location was good. Very close to the metro station. The food at the restaurant was delicious.
