Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BelgiumWe found lots of dead insects while opening the terrace door. The bathroom had a slight bad smell, coming from the drain.
The swimming pool is clean and perfectly located. The room was spacious ànd we had a private small terrace. The property's very dog friendly. The breakfast is fresh, local and tasty.

Czech RepublicAlmost nothing, we have been worried about noise during night (a lot of young people accomodated), but we weren´t disturbed. French leveling - we could live with that.
It is located on a quiet place between nature and sports courts. It is possible to use a little spot for sitting outside, but we preferred to go to a nearby swimming pool (a heated one, part of accommodation), if we had some time to spent there after our trips. The appartments are definitely suitable for tourists with rented cars, can´t imagine to walk from there to bus stops, to meals, to sights. It is convenient you have in a distance of 3-4 minutes by car Plan de Campagne with a huge amount of buying and eating possibilities. Reach Marseille is better with public transport. Nearby (4 km) is Septemes-les-Vallons, which is already a part of Bleue Zone (24 hour bus ticket per 5,20 EUR). So if you prefer not to go by car to very lively Marseille, you can take a bus either from Plan de Campagne or from Septemes (cheaper). Bus nr. 51.

United KingdomNo metal steps into the pool .With knee problems I couldn’t go in as water was to deep at both ends & there was no pool depth measurements on the side to say how deep it was .No where to get a drink or lunch by the pool there was a bar there but didn’t open till July .So had to drive out to buy lunch .

NetherlandsUpon arrival the floor was not clean at all. It was cleaned again, but still not properly clean. Also, the wifi did not work in our room and on our terrace during the entire stay (not even an option to connect), this was bad and a frustration. Also in the business area the wifi did not work. We reported this to the reception, but no actions were taken as far as we could notice until we left. It’s a great place to stay, but topics like cleanliness and wifi are very basic. Unfortunate that these two items did live up to general expectations.
We enjoyed the room very much. Enough space and comfy bed. The airco worked really well and made the stay during the heat very pleasant. The pool was also nice, but could use a few extra beds. The atmosphere was nice too!

PortugalSeems there is no staff during the night, during the night we had some people that decided the throw a party at their room with music, loud laughs. Wasn't the loudest but enough to wake me. Also, top floor is the warm so we have to turn on ac the whole night and ground floor of the room got too cold for the kids.

GermanyThe smell of the room no.24 wasn’t okay at all. The room and the bathroom wasn’t clean perfectly, there was dust on the wardrobe- on top and sides of the toilet ground. If I don’t say it they wouldn’t know about it!

IsraelWe booked for a family vacation - we got 4 rooms- one had a strong cigarette smell, one had a broken double sofa bed (we supported it with a table at the end) and a small one- the hotel could not replace the rooms or the bed. There is no regular maintenance person - only in the morning - poor maintenance and poor cleaning. Suitable as a business hotel not as a family hotel.

United KingdomIt sounds like the walls are paper thin, so if you’re like us, and you get stuck next to inconsiderate guests who have conversations at yelling volume till 5am, sleep is impossible. The room doors also slam when they’re left to close on their own, so you wake to a symphony of slamming every morning.
