Air con was not working in our room.

The location was perfect... within walking distance of all that we needed. Beds were very comfortable-great pillows! Good breakfast selection when we chose to eat in.

I can hear the next door very clearly but in fairness the people are so respectful.

The equipment in bathroom looked very old. The was minimum number of vegetables for breakfast - only cucumbers and green olives

It’s an old building. The shower needs to be change. We didn’t like that whenever we wanted to iron our clothes we had to go down to the reception to do so.

The location was walking distance from the old town.

Small room even smaller than Paris hotels rooms but manageable. The housekeeper doesn't change the towels unless you put them on the floor. You can't find all the time someone at the reception if you need something.

Perfect location the tram station in within 2 minutes and you can reach everywhere easily. Comfortable beds. The employee at the recepetion was helpful she contacted a taxi for us to reach the airport at 4:00am at a reasonable and fixed price.

We stayed at room 201, the toilet in the bathroom is wrongly installed opposite the bathroom door a person with less ng legs cannot be comfortable at all unless he uses the bathroom with the door open to the room very awkward

The bedroom furniture and decorations were a bit old fashioned compared to the very modern and bright reception area. Also the shower had low water pressure.

The location was close to local restaurants and a 15/20 minute walk to old Nice and the beach. We enjoyed the comfortable bedding and pillow, as well as the air conditioning.

Bad thing we got a room that’s leaking. Every time we got to shower there was a leakage on the floor. And also, we heard a dripping of water on the ceiling and then after it we’ve seen a leakage from ceiling to the mirror of our bathroom (they said it was because of the aircon). There was also a bothering sound in our room (we also think it’s because of the aircon).

Most especially we like the staff of the hotel. They are very accomodating and speak english too. The hotel is clean as well with good airconditioning all over the place plus smells good too.

The hotel is well situated and a good place to stay if you are visiting Nice and planning to make day trips to Monaco, Cannes, etc as it is at walking distance to the Train station and also very close to the tramway.

Rooms were tiny - only 1 foot each side of the double bed! But all you need for a crashpad in Nice. 10 minutes walk from old town, 20 minutes from the beach

I dont have much negative to say. The location is good with stores and some restaurants in nearby, but would have liked to stay a bit closer to the beach. At the same time the price would have been more expensive, so thats a personal reference.

The aircondition was perfect, it worked all the time and it was so good to come back to the hotel to cool down when it was very hot outside. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast was good.
