Unfortunately, Room 116 had a very bad smell! They were using an air Purification device, so they might know about the smell and are trying to fix it. We were not provided with any towels. The restroom lights are sensor-based and turn off too quickly, leaving us in the dark. This could inadvertently lead to the restroom becoming dirty.

The value for money was satisfactory. The restrooms had a pleasantly clean smell. Upon checkout, we encountered the friendly cleaning staff, which attested to the cleanliness of the restrooms.

The employees were VERY loud all throughout the night and early in the morning. I couldn’t sleep because they were hanging out in the hallway screaming and the noise traveled. I definitely recommend that you bring ear plugs. There was no soap ANYWHERE. If you wanted to wash your hands after going to the bathroom, you had to go all the way back to your room where there was a sink. Even then, there was still no soap. Breakfast is toast and juice. Don’t get it, not worth the money. The bathrooms were dirty. I wasn’t very satisfied with how they were set up.

I liked how close it was to the tram stop.

Every movement in the room on the 2nd floor was heard in my room (my room was on the 1st floor). The walls were very thin even in the toilets.

No towels in the room (you have to rent it for 3€). No soap at all in the room or in the shared bathrooms. Bathrooms should be cleaner.

Close to the tram station and to the supermarket, only few minutes away from Kehl.

There was no AC in the room. During the night, the temperature was horrible. Also, room was clausthrophobic. We had to move bed to fully open our door. Overall its good for one night. But i'm certain that you have to pick a cold night to survive there. For one night you can survive, but more...

The staff doesn't speak proper English, they only accept credit card and cash, so close to the border I would've expected to be able to pay with my German debit card, they squeezed a large bed into a small room so there's hardly room to walk, there was only one towel

The location is good. Close to tram stop and also very close to German border.

There was no air conditioning in the room, so it was incredibly warm. There were only 2 small pillows for a double bed.

It was good value for money. The location was well connected to public transport. Plenty of showers and toilets which were fairly clean. Though the rooms don't come with towels, it was only €3 to buy one.

The hotel was the only one open 24/7. It was very cheap but accordingly not very luxurious. The room was very hot but clean. The showers and toilets were in the hallway but also very clean. We had to rent towels, which you better bring yourself. They were microfiber and rather grey than white. It was okay for a quick stay and a place to sleep along the route between Germany and France.

I did not expect the toilet and bathroom outside the room. It is not very well explained in the reservation process.

The morning staff is super helpful and communicative. I very much appreciated. The bed is very comfy.
