It's a little bit pricey, but all Paris hotels are. The room we were in was close to the stairway, and it was noisy because of the other guests passing by.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location is good, close to 2 metro stations.

It’s more spacious than usual Paris hotels. A clean and tidy property Staff are all very nice and helpful Esp my usually shy nephew was always happy to return to greet staff esp Yenni :)

The staff was very helpful and that staff spoke english because my french was not great. Would stay again because of the staff and location. I also liked that the hotel looked like a secure place.

The door of the room had a big gap at the bottom which didn't isolate much the light and noise

Not a dislike - just an observation. Four people in one room is a little squeezy but hey, its the norm in Paris and you're not there to stay in your room. Breakfast can also get a little bit close, so get down there early to avoid the rush.

Location of the hotel really worked for us. There are plenty of nearby places to eat nearby with handy supermarkets and pharmacies if needed. Gare St Lazare is easy walking distance with main line and RER connections. Saint-Augustin metro station is just around the corner and the Champs-Élysées 15 mins walk. On site breakfast makes it easy and very helpful staff.

The location is very good, this area has many restaurants, cafés and shops. The breakfast has enough to select from. The room and bathroom were bigger than most of what you find in Paris. The staff were great, spoke English and Spanish.

The staff is very nice and helpfull; The room 102 was very big and clean, with 2 separated good big beds ... more than enough for 2 adult and 2 childs 14 and 16 yrs old, with coffee maker and all u need for early coffee, bottles of water, tea .... every day the room was cleaned. The breakfast is in a very nice place, and lots of diverse things to eat /drink ...all was fresh made. The position of the hotel is excelent..very safe..with Carrefour and Normal shops like 30 m away..we did by walking lots of places: Tour Eiffel, Notre Dame, Sacre Coeur, Champs Elysee, Opera, Lafayette, Louvre, Place de la Concorde etc...and its very close to RER A that we used to go to Disneyland. We felt very well în this hotel and for that I thank them again! I would return tomorow if my job would permit such thing :).

Everything was good value for money.

The hotel is easily reachable by metro. The location is good, close to shopping mall Saint Lazare, Paris Opera Palais Garnier, Galeries Lafayette. Supermarket is across the hotel. Room is big with comfortable beds. Breakfast if very good.

I think the staff that 'manned' the reception for the night shift was the highlight. They were really very friendly and helpful, you immediately feel at ease. Loved the room too. The bathroom was quite spacious and clean.
