Just so things, the main bedroom can get very hot (we were staying In May) and it does come with a big fan, but no window so does get very hot if door is closed. you can hear a train or something below as well sometimes. We Still slept through but in the early hours of the morning you can hear it if a light sleeper.

Pictures of the apartment made me think it is much bigger than it has been in practice e.g. bedroom without a window which was not visible on the pictures, very small leaving room which was for us also a 2nd bed room. Also a very tiny bathroom (1mx1m). For 2 adults and 2 kids that has been a bit too small.

A renovated apartment in a very good localization, very close to the railway and metro stations. Very convenient for a few day stay for a sightseeing, surrounded by nice restaurants & bars.

The place is two small for a family with 2 children. The bathroomnis very small and not enough ventilates. It smells wet. The bedroom does not have windows. The noise from the restaurant from the ground floor is very disturbing. It lasts until 2 am at least. The beds are confortable, the sofa bad opens very easy. The kitchen appliances are welcomed. The staff is very frindly and helpful.

The street can get noisy in the evening and there are homeless people living on the street. The bedroom is small with no windows so you can't really close the door if you want to have fresh air during the night. The bathroom sink is very small and hard to access. No elevator and narrow stairs.

There is a really busy restaurant just under the apartments and customer are really loudly till 1-2am . They are singing, screaming, smoking outside so you can’t open the window.

The restaurant/bar below gets busy and it was pretty loud until 1-2am Thurs-Sat. You can’t hear it from the bedroom but if you sleep in the pull out couch you can so you may want to bring a sound machine or ear plugs.

It is in a great location with many cafes, restaurants and shops around. The unit was just as described and had a good amount of storage area. We absolutely loved it!

I liked to have more space in the rooms and in the bathroom, and more hooks for clothes and towels.

I liked the place , the neighborhood , it was a warm appartment with all the electrical devices . The water for bath was hot , and everything worked fine. No noices froma the building , except outside noises. All the public transport are near , and of course Super markets , restaurant and coffe shops.

The window leaked some water. The shower was small which would have been fine but the kind of knob used was bad. When you bump it with your arm the water gets scalding. Need different knobs. Not very comfy couch

Like others note, there is no AC, and, even though Edgar Suites tries its best with too fans, although there is a large window, no cross ventilation. So, if you are accustomed to AC, this apartment might not be a good choice in the warmer months.

Location, location, location! We simply loved the neighborhood, which is filled with cafes and interesting little shops, and is also in easy traveling distance to the major tourist attractions, including the Louvre, especially, and not too far from the Eiffel Tower. Also, the Edgar Suites digital concierge team was in constant touch to make sure we had everything we needed, and was friendly and accommodating. For instance, thus us a four-story walk up without an elevator, which we knew, but we didn’t know the stairs were a narrow and spiral staircase. Each apartment has an assigned manager, who helped us with our luggage both when we checked in and checked out.

The bar on the street level was loud until midnight or later every night so it was difficult to sleep. We had to leave the windows open to be cool enough, but the mosquitoes were horrible and I had a lot of bites. There are no window screens or netting in Europe, so there was no option but to close the windows at night which made it too hot to sleep. The mattress on the sleeper couch needs replacing, it is stained and the fabric is pilling.

Excellent convenient location for seeing Paris. Convenient to shops, restaurants, banks and transportation. The apartment had great amenities, especially the clothes washer! Espresso machine was particularly nice to have. The fans were necessary to keep apartment at a bearable temperature, especially at night.

Not a complaint, but a note to other travelers: our apartment was located on the 4th floor with no elevator. We were aware of this and were ready to climb the stairs with our luggage, even though it was quite difficult with some of our heavier bags. The ventilation in the bathroom was not super great and sometimes it could get awfully hot in there, especially after someone's shower, so at some point we just kept the bathroom door semi-open during showers to not suffocate in there :)) Also, keep in mind that there are cafes outside right under the windows, so you might hear some happy chatter from downstairs in the evening, especially in summer :)

First of all, Edgar is a great host! We did not meet in person, but he made sure to provide all the instructions and door codes well in advance, as well as was very responsive online whenever we needed it. We also found a booklet with a lot of helpful instructions about the apartment, facilities, and interesting locations nearby, as well as a lovely tote-bag as a gift, which came in very handy in our shopping :) Merci beaucoup Edgar and team for being so friendly and accessible :) Now, about the apartment: this was a great location and option for our group of 3 people (4 if you are a family and are okay with sharing a smaller double bed). The apartment was very close to many shops, cafes, metro stations and was overall in a very central location, from where you could literally walk to Louvre and Montmartre, as well as other places, if you are into walking. The equipment was great, everything worked well, and they even had 4 folding chairs hidden in the closet, which we discovered some days after and were pleasantly surprised. The sofa-bed was wider than the double bed, so 2 people slept on it without any problems. As for the other room and bed, they were good too, but you should bear in mind that the second room is at the rear of the apartment, deeper into the building, which meant that there were no windows there. If that's an important factor for you, then you should plan to sleep on the sofa-bed which was next to the window. During the first few days of our stay it was extremely hot, and there was no AC in the apartment. There were 2 fans in the rooms which actually did help freshen the air a bit. Then it got colder, with rains, so we did not need AC or fans anymore. It was nice to have a door for the second room which provided some privacy, when needed. Also it was great to have a code for the door instead of keys, so we could go in and out independent of each other. Overall, we were very satisfied with the apartment, even though it was not super big.

The property is a bit old and could definitely use an upgrade. We felt we paid too much given the size and state of the property. There is also a restaurant downstairs that became extremely noisy a few of the nights that we were there and made it hard to sleep and we are not light sleepers. This is small but makes a difference....we were given only exactly 4 towels and I wished we would have gotten a couple extra (though I'm sure if i asked they would have been provided). We asked to get a new set of towels in the middle and the second set was much more plush and comfy than the first set.

The location of the apt was great! A quick 5-10 min walk in either direction to the metro stations while also in a busy area with lots of shopping and restaurants! While quite small, they have been really thoughtful on the design of the space and there is so much storage, shoe rack, hooks, etc. I was quite surprised how easily our family of 4 was able to unpack everything and still have so much space! The sofa turned into a comfy bed and the side table turned into a dining table! The beds were very comfortable too! It was really easy to get in touch with the hosts via Whatsapp and they were incredibly helpful and responsive.

The living room and the toilet are slightly small but acceptable. The sofa bed is fine but my family found it difficult to sleep on that. Because our room is near the walking street, there was some noise at night we could still hear which made it slightly difficult to sleep. The stairs are quite narrow and it was difficult for my mom to walk.

I like how the host runs their business and takes care of small details of customer needs. You basically find evrything you need from the apartment. They provide a shopping bag, welcome chocolate, and even laundry detergent! The host also checks on you daily to make sure you are comfortable about the stay. I appreciate most that they even sent me a video to guide me on how to use the washing machine.

Really tiny place for a family of 4, so if you like to have space, this accommodation is not suitable for you. We managed to stay very comfy, but space was very limited. The host promised to follow some minor improvements: equipping the bedroom with a missing bedlight and adding some extra hangers for jackets/clothes.

Clear and to-the-point communication guaranteed during all steps. Caring host asking constant feedback in case of need. Location is great, very close to restaurants, cafes, Metro, attractions and an economic parking (Forum Des Halles parking). The apartment is charming and very well equipped of all you need, even Netflix was working! the apartment window looks at a gym on the other side of the street; it was entertaining to watch playing table tennis, or karate or boxe late in the evening.
