Everything was positive with our stay.

The breakfast was adequate, coffee was good, and I really enjoyed the pastries. The hotel’s location is inside the village which was conveniently located within walking distance to most everything. It is a 10 minutes walk from the train station. The train was late, so we arrived late. There was someone there to greet us with a smile sometime after 11:30pm. We got a Junior suite for a family of 3 and there was plenty of room. The toilet is separate from the shower area which gave us plenty of room.

We found it slightly inconvenient that there were steps at the hallway / corridor, though this is just a minor challenge.

We booked a standard room in this hotel and offered us a breathtaking view. We like how accessible this hotel to fantastic tourist spots.

Less creaky sofa bed

The location is in the city center, closed to landmark. The parking at hotel de ville is very convenient and closed to the hotel. The reception gave me the discount coupon for parking.

Lots of steps but that was the small price you pay for staying in an older building.

The location was perfect for the Christmas market. The staff were so nice and accommodating. Books, coffee machine and kettle all in the rooms. So nicely laid out. Shower was hot and powerful.

Amazing central location in the heart of the old town. Everything on your door step. Close to bars, restaurants, shops and the lake. Very picturesque location. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not hotel's fault but it was noisy late at night with lots of shouting, even till 3 am. Didn't expect this at the end of October during off season. Although streets are pedestrianised there are deliveries and rubbish collection very early in the mornng and even with window closed it woke us up. TV channels don't include sports (eg. not able to view PSG vs AC Milan).

Central location allows walking everywhere, including from/to station. Rooms are furnished in a warm and contemporary style. Safe box and small refrigerator were useful. Lots of bath towels, comfortable bed and efficient wifi. Convenient access both by lift and stairs directly from street to bedroom floor.

You have to know it is in the old town and the layout of the hotel is quirky and not what we are used to. The rooms were quite small and also the beds. But it was sufficient for our one night stay.

The reason we chose the hotel was definitely the location. It was central to where we wanted to be and everything was close by. We enjoyed our one night stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. We did not do breakfast so I cannot comment of that. Parking is a problem but we got public parking fairly close by, recommended by the hotel. We loved Annecy as a destination, beautiful town. Wish I can spend a summer there.

Nothing much. If I have to really mention something then it would have to be the small elevator which can probably fit a small family of 3 and 1 or 2 luggage.

Room was quite spacious and very cozy. Shower pressure was also nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is very nice. It is very close to the park and the main tourist attractions. Breakfast was alright and worth it of what you are paying.

Breakfast was not value for money . We felt 14 euros was too much for the choice available, this was compared to other hotels used during our trip to France Rugby World Cup.

Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. One of the cleaning staff would not let us in the elevator with her. We were 2 people trying to join her in an elevator that would fit 4. She had no equipment with her, we were all going the same direction, and would have all fit. She gave us a very scathing look as we tried opening the closing elevator door to fit ourselves in. We took the next elevator. It was quite rude.

Excellent location, bathroom looks newly renovated. Towel warmer in the bathroom was an excellent touch. View out our window was beautiful.
