Everything is disassembled, the water button in the toilet is disassembled, the water faucet, the shower handle is disassembled... the feeling of a place that has undergone a cheap renovation, everything is disassembled and the shower water is on everything... not pleasant and the location is not good

Our room didn't have an external view but there was no traffic noise.

Handy location as very close to Gare de l'Est and also close to Gare de Nord. Really helpful staff and very clean.

Although mostly quiet, there was unexpected noise from other rooms that filtered through the fan ducts in the bathroom.

The room was a little small. there was no fridge in a room. It wold be good fora 5 day stay, the sheets should have been changed .

The elevator is too cramped, on my second night, the house keeping didn’t give me the bathroom mat. And its not sparkling clean, just clean enough

The lift was extremely small which forced us to use the stairs (five floors). No hand towels provided.

Beds are a little stiff and the street noise was a bit loud.

Great location and great value! You are just a few feet from a metro and there are many shops around for you to eat at and shop at. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and big enough you could have space to move around in and not feel cramped. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope someday we can come back and stay again!

The smelly elevator needed cleaning and disinfecting.

Very convenient location for international and local train travel ( across road from Gare de l'Est Railway Station) and next to Metro entrance. Usual tiny, no-frills Paris hotel, but room was very comfortable.

The lady at the reception ,not helpful or understanding,we asked for late check out,she didnt want to consider although we said we only checked in at 9pm thw night before, she just said so? How rude.

-The air condition is not good. It 22 degree (little cold) and I want to set temperature room to 24 degree, but it didn`t work, because the air condition is controlled by lobby man, and they didn`t set it. -Some noise come from other rooms!

Room is very clean and has a minimal design. facilities are good and comfort. The location is really near to metro and East train station.

2nd time to stay in this hotel and this time the room is better equipped and quieter. The location is within walk distance to gare de l'est and pub transport. The breakfast buffet has multiple options and environment was chill.

The elevator (lift) was super small!!! We had to get up to our room one by one with our luggage and it was a tight fit. It says the elevator is only for two people but it feels super claustrophobic. It only goes up to the 4th floor and if you have rooms on the 5th or 6th floor you have to walk up the stairs. Also, the hotel is right next to a train station and late at night people are still out and about, so if you like it to be more quieter this isn’t the place.

It’s was next to a couple of chain and local restaurants. Right across the street from Gare de l’Est station and a 8-10 minute walk from Gare de Nord. The buses stop right in front of the hotel, there is a currency exchange convenience shop, and small grocery store around the corner. The location was great. The hotel was able to accommodate a family of 4 adults in the same room, warning though, the room was slightly small we were mainly in the room at night for bedtime. We were able to open up two windows to let some fresh air in throughout the night. They had tv and cleaned our room everyday. We chose the option to eat breakfast in the morning, but they had a very limited selection of food.

The room was a little small for 4 people. The amount for shampoo was also small. We had also a pair of boots that they were thrown as rubbish . The elevator was really small only for 2 people each time.

The location was in the center near to metro station. The guys at the reception were very polite and available 24/7. We had hot water all the time and the beds were very comfortable.

The TV was not working but no one was assigned to fix it during my stay. There could be some background noise when others pass by the corridor during the nights.

The location is located nearby gare de l’est and my room was relatively quiet from the street noise. The room interior is lovely colour with some light design. The breakfast was very nice served.
