No lift (or the lift was out of order) Bathroom could have been cleaner Bed/pillows weren't very comfy but still VERY good value for money

The hotel team were brilliant. I had fractured my foot just before arriving and they provided ice and made sure I was okay. The room was an okay size for a one night stay. Great value for money!!

The room was small, and we could only just about walk around the bed. However, the bathroom was extremely small and cramped, almost to the point of being unusable. There was also nowhere to put our toiletries or shower gels. There was also a lot of noise from several other guests, and the rooms were not sound proofed in any way.

The room was clean, and serviced every day.

Very narrow walls, you can hear every noise on the floor. The door of the bathroom are squeaky, if you close or open it, so it is very noisy. In the bathroom for the light is only crazy sensor. Horrible wi-fi connection.

Generaly room was clear, but there were sigarete buts in a radiator. Really terible internet. If u need it for your job - avoid this hotel. Too late check in is available only. After 2 or 3 pm... That's not okay, especially if it's rainy on the street

I like the location oh the hotel. It was close to Italian Platz. Also i like the price, it was fair. Also i had a room with good view to park on the 3 floor

The rooms must be equipped with air conditioners, especially during the warm season. Also, an elevator is required to be installed, so that the guest can carry their leagues to the upstairs easily.

The room in the hotel is very congested and does not have an air conditioner in the room. During my stay, the weather in Paris was very warm. It was very difficult to sleep at night. Also, there was no elevator in the hotel and the staircase was very narrow, it was really hard to climb the 3rd floor with heavy leagues.

It needs a new carpet, or something done to the stairwell's carpeting... this gives a bad impression of the place. The staff should be able to speak another language other than French, so tourists can communicate with them. The TV in the room was looking up to the ceiling and couldn't be moved so it could be watch from the bed. It has WiFi but, at least in my room with the door closed, I didn't get a steady connection.

The room was ok, and clean. So did the bathroom. Good bed and space.

its not well maintained, bedsheets are with stain, room is too dusty, not enough towels provided, not enough sockets near the bed, its too noisy even at midnight, we can hear everything outside even if windows and doors were closed, so much hair in the bed, we can't sleep tightly and comfortably knowing the bed is not well cleaned and the beddings as well. its cheap for a good location but not worth coming back😔

very tiny bedroom with even tinnier toilet, make it very difficult to use it. no hot water under the shower ❄️❄️❄️and the drains blocked 🤨🤨🤨no internet available and staff didn’t bother to help, housekeeping staff moping the floor with stinky water and mop around your table during breakfast as to let you know to get out of this area

WiFi reception was poor and the "wardrobe" consisted of a single hanging rail with no doors. In the tiny bathroom, the shower made it difficult not to flood half of the room. Also the receptionist will hand you any key asked for - so don't leave any valuables in your room.

Nicely located close to the Parc de Choisy. Friendly personnel (only speaking French though).
