The Chateau is in a lovely parkland location, popular with people who love the outdoors. Beautiful scenery and plenty of parking. The Chateau is a journey into another realm and the staff make you feel welcome. It is a quiet place away from the city and bustle. Very affordable!

The rooms are beautiful and clean, the breakfast had many options to choose from and the parking is big enough (they also have charging stations for electric vehicles). You can go and get coffee and tea at any time of the day. They also have a spa on the property, but given the short stay, we didn’t get the chance to try it. We’ll surely return here, as it’s a very nice hotel to stay at.

Perfect location. Drove down from Germany where we were visiting my sister. Used the beer garden which served good. Got the tram into Strasbourg. Staff were very helpful at Chateau/beer garden. Excellent food and drink

There isn’t a lift but carry a small bag up the stairs and you won’t be disappointed.

The chateau sits amongst beautiful grounds. The room and bathroom were spotless. Beds were comfortable Many beautiful paintings and objects found around the chateau. There is tea and coffee available downstairs. There is a beautiful sitting room to relax in. The staff were extremely helpful during check in and departure. We stayed for a buffet breakfast which had great variety and plenty of food.

Breakfast variety on hot options is slightly limited but still a very good spread.

Perfect location for a quiet romantic weekend. Located about 20 mins from the Strasbourg city center with very limited public transport - so travelling by car is recommended. The site is beautiful set in the midst of beautiful walking trails. Service is excellent. We were in the renovated section and the rooms were large and roomy. beds were firm. Pillows were european soft :) . Nice option of a 24hour tea coffee lounge accessible to guests only. Just a lovely setting.

No elevator and narrow staircases( old historical building cannot gave these facilities, I assume). Was a bit loud in the night as some young tourists were having late party, and no reception/staff to solve the issue.

Very beautiful building with a big park! Nice breakfast! Easy to park( big parking lots next to palace and outside ). Very friendly staff, clear obstructions for those who arrive late ( after 22:00).

If the breakfast had been better, our stay would have been even more enjoyable.

We stayed in one of the newly renovated large rooms in the side building, not the main one. It was very spacious and comfortable. The castle’s garden was very enjoyable, making our stay very refreshing. It’s conveniently close to the center by car and has its own parking lot.

Full of old world charm . Nice setting . Good breakfast. Staff helpful and multilingual. If you have to use walking stick etc ,ask them for first floor rooms .

The unrenovated rooms over the bar should be avoided.

On a previous visit, I stayed in the updated area of the facility, which is excellent. The free on-site parking is a rare find on booking, and very convenient for road trips.
