You have to note that there's no air conditioner in the room. Wifi is not so good that I couldn't have a video conference in the room.

Very good location close to the RER-B Port Royal station. The staffs are very kind and gentle. The room is a little bit small but neat.

Space is tight but is expected of Paris.No A/c but we were given fans as requested.

The location is great, many restaurants nearby.Next to RER train, very easy to get around.

Room space was a bit small Toilet lock did not work Shower was too too small to turn around Bin was broken Table for kettle and fan was too small Did not renew fresh water every day No clean cups every day Tissue box was not replaced when empty. Outside corridor was dark when I first checked in, I was unable to find light switch for it. It could have been dangerous in the dark.

When checking in the receptionist didn’t notify us that breakfast wasn’t included in the price- or actually say much apart from this is your room key and room number. So they charged us for multiple days of breakfast, for the two of us, even though I hadn’t been down to breakfast once during my stay- and my partner had only had it once. They only notified us upon checkout for these extra charges.

I liked the location and the size of the twin room.

Quieter front rooms

Great, helpful staff. Location next to Port Royal Station RER. Good breakfasts Comfortable bed. Room at back of hotel was quiet. Rooms at front were noisy from road traffic. All in all a good stay of 3 nights. Would book again.

Staff really friendly and room with a lovely view to the Eiffel tower. The room was a bit small (but it is really common in Paris) but it was perfect for our staying and we had all the comforts we needed like a fan and the safety box. We went to Paris for a weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday and the staff offered us the breakfast, it was so nice of them! We will be back for sure

Room was very small, but the hotel had, in fairness, contacted me to say it was the last one available, and I had booked a single. But the window had not net curtain, only a heavy thick curtain to block light, and when it was open I had no privacy whatsoever, window faces bed. As it happened it was extremely hot and the hot sun was pouring in room from 8 in the morning. I told the desk they should consider better curtain arrangements.

Very quiet yet in a wonderful, lively location, a few paces from the Port Royal RER B station and a park. I had a room to the back, but a room at the front is probably amazing.

Soundproffing of the rooms is poor. There are 5 rooms on one floor, and if they are full, you can hear everything and everyone (doors, elevator etc.) People who like quiet would be bothered.

Small basic hotel on a very good location. I recommend it for a short stay (3-4 days max). Train from the airport (RER B , 45min ride) literally stops in front of the hotel. Luxembourg gardens, Notre Dame and Saint Germain neighbourhood are in the walking distance. Rooms are basic, decent size with good comfortable beds. My room was looking the back of the building, so not much noise from the street. I have slept very well, to my surprise. The staff are very attentive, speak english. Breakfast was good, not too much choice but similar to the ones in hotels of this type.
