    There is a hidden fee of - 25 euros for each bunk bed and - 33 euros for the full bed for "bed linens and towels". They say this is to pay for cleaning fee, but there is already a cleaning fee that I paid on Booking (83 euros). When I arrived to the apartment, the bed linens were just sitting on the kitchen table... I had to put them on the beds myself. Mind you the bunk beds are hard to dress up because of the tight space. This should not feel like a hostel... It is a chalet. It is a shame, because the place is beautiful and worth more than what they are asking for it. The management company should increase the nightly price and present a five star experience, because the apartment actually deserves it. People will pay more for this place, you don't have to compete on price. Please fix the guest experience, it can be much better. Some more notes below on fixing the guest experience: * When doing the "check in" via booking messages, you are asking for too much information. After uploading my passport, I'm still asked "Could you also tell us a bit more about your stay (reasons, visits, activities, co-travelers, age...)" ... too much info. * 250 euro deposit, understandable. But I wasn't asked this through Booking. It was asked after in the messages. It catches the customer by surprise. And then after paying this deposit, and I see the extra fee for linens and towels, I feel like I am trapped. Because there is no refund for cancellation, and now you have a deposit, and you are asking for payment for linens. I can no longer say "no, I don't want this anymore." I am financially trapped. * Communication before arrival can be improved as well. I asked about the linens one week before, and all I received were canned responses. I didn't receive an actual legitimate response until the day of my flight. And it is hard to communicate on the day of the flight.

    The place itself is great, but it is being mismanaged.
