We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

FranceThe room had no A/C, and under the sink in the bathroom it was extremely dirty (women protections, clumps of dust, etc). We changed room, the bed was larger but the TV was broken. Still, the A/C was extremely not working enough.
Location was great. One of the staff members (the black guy approximately 1m80) was very nice.

The under ground garages were very dirty. poo on the floor. The breakfast was good with lot of varieties and the staff very helpful and polite.
